to be transported, fed, transferred,
distributed or joined in a company weigh
relatively little and are thus moved by
hand or by improvised means.

The stand-alone models:
Pillar-mounted slewing jib cranes SSK-KBK

Pillar-mounted slewing jib cranes are

characterised by the fact that they can be
installed practically anywhere. They are
completely free-standing and are ideally
suited as workplace cranes, for outdoor
storage yards and loading ramps.

Furthermore, like all KBK pillar and wall-

mounted slewing cranes, they have a
high lifting capacity and long outreach
in relation to their dead weight. Only a
minimum of space is needed for the
pillar. It can be fastened to foundations
with cast-in anchor bolts, with the help
of intermediate plates, with heavy-duty
anchor bolts, with dowel pins, etc.

You couldn’t wish for a more effective

solution than a KBK pillar-mounted
slewing crane with two jibs: it takes up
no more space than a single-jib crane,
but it does the work of two.

And as if that weren’t enough, you can

choose between four jib arrangements
and thus develop additional rationalisation
measures, realising them just as elegantly
as economically.

Foundations with cast-in anchor bolts or

jacket tubes set in concrete, intermediate

Pillar-mounted slewing jib cranes GSX
and wall-mounted slewing jib cranes
GWL provide maximum hook paths
wherever only low headroom dimensions
are available. They are fitted with low-
headroom T beams as trolley runways
and feature a light-weight design.
Our wall-mounted slewing jib cranes
are used if sufficiently dimensioned
reinforced concrete walls or pillars are
available. The crane hook path can be
determined according to the installation
height. They can be easily fitted using
through bolts and counterpart plates or
clamping arrangements (not included
in the scope of supply, agree mounting
arrangement with structural engineer).
The slewing range of the pillar-mounted
slewing jib crane GSX is 270°, that of the
wall-mounted slewing jib crane GWL 180°.
Pillar-mounted slewing jib cranes GSX
and wall-mounted slewing jib cranes GWL
are classified in H2B2 to DIN 15 018.
Following steel shot blasting to DIN 55 928,
a 2K single coat of chrome yellow paint
(RAL 1007) is applied. The electrical equip-
ment included in the supply is complete,
the mains power switch can be locked.
The scope of supply includes the manufac-
turer’s or conformity declaration as well as
a test and inspection booklet. If required,
we can supply anchor bolts and a template
in advance.

range of n x 360°.
Depending on the length of the jib, an

The compact slewing head with a slip

With the optional electric slewing and
trolley travel drives, pillar-mounted
slewing jib cranes ZSL and wall-mounted
slewing jib cranes ZWL provide ideal
working conditions – above all for higher
lifting capacities and longer outreach
dimensions. If the work requires the
jib to be moved frequently, while the
trolley remains close to the pivot point,
