Parents/Guardians,

You are receiving this le er because your student is signed up to a end Solo & Ensemble Fes val
on Saturday, April 27th at Ringgold Middle School. Below is informa on for that day.

★ If your student IS going to ride the bus to Ringgold Middle School:

○ Meet at DCHS at 9:00 a.m. The bus will leave at 9:15 a.m.
○ Students need to have their instrument and solo/ensemble music with them.
○ Students should dress nice for their performance. Please, no jeans and t-shirts.
○ A er leaving Ringgold M.S., we will make a lunch stop before returning to DCHS.
Students should bring at least $10.00 for lunch.
○ We should return to DCHS at approximately 2:00 p.m.

★ If your student is NOT going to ride the bus to Ringgold Middle School:
○ Students should be at Ringgold Middle School at 10:00 a.m. This will give adequate me
to register, warm-up, and be ready to perform.
○ Students need to have their instrument and solo/ensemble music with them.
○ Students should dress nice for their performance. Please, no jeans and t-shirts.
○ Once your student is done with their performance(s), you are free to take them.

how many students we will have riding the bus to and from Ringgold Middle School.
