NOTIFICATION

Peshawar, dated the 07th June, 2016

NO. SO(FR)FD/9-1/2014-15.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 119

of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Governor of the Khyber
Pakhtunkhwa is pleased to direct that in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Delegation of
Powers under the Financial Rules and the Powers of Re -Appropriation Rules,
2001, the following further amendment shall be made, namely:

AMENDMENT

In the First Schedule, after serial No. 49, the following new entry shall be
added, namely:

"50. District Health Officer".
