NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th June, 2017
G.S.R 756.(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 110 of the Motor
Vehicles Act, 1988, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification
of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number G.S.R 1034 (E) dated the 2 nd November, 2016

published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (i) dated the 2nd November
2016, namely:-

1. In the said notification, in rule 2, for the words “the following sub-rule”, the words “the following
sub-rules” shall be substituted.

2. In the said notification, for the figure and words “3. The vehicles referred to in”, the brackets, figure
and words “(4) The vehicles referred to in” shall be substituted.
