Subject: ELORA Registration pre-owned Gamma Camera

Sir,

We are the authorized distributors for M/s Spectrum Dynamic Systems, Israel for selling their brand new
Gamma Cameras in India and are already registered for the same under Elora.

Now we beg to submit that we have lot of queries from private market who wish to buy pre owned
Gamma Cameras and we have already appointed Er.Sukhdev Singh, who is ex Siemens and worked on
Siemens X/ray and Gamma Cameras for more then 25 years and thus there would not be any problem in
providing the service after sales to our customers. We shall abide by all the rules framed by AERB.

Needless to mention that we have already imported two pre owned Siemens E Cam systems which are
about 7-10 years old and are lying in our stock and we can't sell them until and unless we are registered
with Elora. We further add that no OEM supplier is going to authorize us for selling of these pre owned
Gamma Cameras. We are selling pre owned CTs and MRIs as well and are not authorized by any OEM
supplier. We seek your kind advice as to how to register ourselves with Elora for selling these pre owned
Gamma Cameras.
