Good Health:
Good health is not something that you can buy at the drug store. Your body’s
health has to be your own responsibility. But stress is almost normal in modern life if you live
or work in big and crowded cities. Everything in life is a reason for stress. Traffic, busy life,
… are only some of them. It can seriously affect our physical health and our happiness. On
the other hand there are a lot of solutions to overcome stress in your life.

Do you know how important it is to eat properly? It means if you eat vegetables, fruit,
dairy products, nuts and seeds, you will live healthily and happily. Such food provides all
necessary protein, vitamins, and minerals that our body needs. However young generations
are fond of fast food or junk food. These kinds of food can seriously damage your health.
They all have fat and a lot of calories and they are harmful, unhealthy for your body. Besides
you mustn’t drink alcohol or smoke. They are very dangerous for your health, too.

If you do exercises regularly, your body becomes fit and your heart becomes very strong
and doesn’t have any risks. Running, walking, jogging, cycling or swimming can be some of
the alternatives. Understanding the needs of your body is really important.

If you spend time with your friends, your life can be better. You can go out with them
once or twice a week. You can spend time with them by going to the concerts. Because music
is a kind of way to forget everything and enjoy ourselves. On the other hand your lifestyle can
influence your health. So you must have a regular life. And you mustn’t sleep longer than you
need. If you sleep much, you can’t come yourself easily.
