Dear Madam Dumitru,

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the order I received.

I want to let you know that 20 ALPHA pie and 10 chocolate croissants are missing and those
from the quality department found that temperature control was faulty, it was not possible to set
it for any temperature other than the highest .

We would like to remind you that in the supply contract we have foreseen that if the non-
conforming products are not exchanged within 12 hours or the money is not reimbursed in full
we will be obliged to refer to Penality Clause stipulated in our contract.

I trust welcome the oportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to
prevent a similar situation from recurring

I hope everything can be solved in a timely manner, and these mistakes we have encountered
will not affect our future collaboration.

It was a mistake because of our despatch section and we regret this mistake which has caused you both
