Staff Working from Home
We are discussing the positive and negative effects working from home. Some
members will be able to use this as an advantage and able to maintain their personal
lives with their families. However, Matthew mentioned they’re different types of workers
within the company and some find it extremely difficult to concentrate. If staff start
working from home, they might start using this excuse and become lazier in the
workplace. Rachel believes it would be unfair for the other workers, and everyone
should be treated the same. John and Matthew will be gathering more information to
share at the next meeting before an action is made.
