Dear whoever this may concern:

I heard about this job from an ad on Facebook. I am specifically interested in this position for
many reasons which I will get into. This position fits me perfectly because of the constant
interactions with people. I have had lots of experience with communication with customers in the
past. I am attaching my resume which will let you know I am the perfect one for this position.

I am a very friendly and outgoing person. When talking to customers specifically, I always make
sure to put myself in their shoes and think of what they would like best. My goal is to help each
person achieve what they are here for. I am great at dealing with high intensity situations with
words. I will always make sure each customer gets what they came here for and leaves happier
than they were before. A few examples of this is the multiple situation I have been in with
customers at the places I have worked. There have been multiple times I have had to calm a
customer down because they were mad that maybe their order was messed up. No matter how
they talk to me I am always nice and always find a solution so that they are not mad anymore.
When some of my co-workers get upset with a customer and they can’t talk to them anymore
they will call me over to deal with the problem. I let all of the new workers coming in that if they
can’t stay content with a customer screaming at them if it ever happens that they need to call me
over to fix the problem.
