As you can see above the folders are clearly labeled and have a specific place. I feel this will transfer
over very well when it comes to working in the workplace. Organization is extremely important and
makes our jobs as office administrators much easier knowing everything has a place. It is also a huge
time saver keeping up with your emails and organizing them as they come in. It also saves time because
if you are looking for a file you don’t need to sift through hundreds of e-mails.
Time Management
I also take the time everyday when I wake up to go through all my e-mails. I delete spam messages,
respond to ones that are of extreme importance and organize them accordingly to each of the files. I
find that by having these folders and staying on top of my e-mails it saves me quite a bit of time each
day. It is very important to stay organized because it makes for a more productive workplace and allows
for you to work efficiently.
