Responsible for providing techno-commercial advisory support to TTIPL and TTC, Japan
to develop, create and steer Projects business in Oil n Gas/LNG, Power, Petro-Chem,
Water and Urban/ Industrial Infra sectors, including PPP projects in Water sector,
contributing as a resource and support for strategically aiming to create Toyota’s foot
prints in India in the new biz initiative. Supported Toyota and Maruti Prime Vendors in
planning for Manufacturing hub in Gujarat.
Concluded the service contract with work visa as Manager by Cadre, head the overall
responsibility of the project for managing design and construction of factory for Polymer
Concrete Pipes in KAEC, Rabigh, a green field project, is almost finished and near
completion with conclusion of trial commissioning of the largest manufacturing capacity for
large dia. Polymer Concrete (PRC) Pipes for Micro-tunnelling and jacking pipes..
● Managed Greenfield project as GM (Head) in team work, covering entire range of Project
Planning and Implementation and Project Management activities including - concept,
design, project engineering, Design Drawing approvals, construction,
mobilisation/management of resources to ensure timely completion in co-ordination
with German Consultants and Technology Providers, Focussing upon capability build
up for all management functions and for commercialisation of PRC Moulded Pipes/
Products to be manufactured at Factory at the prestigious King Abdullah Economic City,
Rabigh, in technology collaboration with German Companies. I had a good experience
of handling work responsibilities for Civil, mechanical, electro-mechanical, electrical
and instrumentation besides organising utilities, etc. from fencing of industrial plot to
pre-commissioning stage.
● Discharged Top management responsibilities with reporting to Arab Owners- Promoters
(A 100% Arab Holding). Inducted the engineering team and managed the contractors
observing strict compliance to Emaar’s standards and norms for construction of
Industrial buildings in KAEC.
● Completed the Construction Project and contractual assignment. Acquired invaluable
exposure to managing CAPEX and OPEX and tracking the requirements of Contractors
in Micro Tunnelling for Jacking Pipes and for Open Trench Construction – including in
house/ local requirements and exports.

To elaborate upon my interactions and role for interface with IR and its organs, I recall my
experiences As a Group Products Manager, Mitsui & Co; Ltd. and later as AGM, Mitsui India
(as Head of National Staff for Infra and Machinery Divisions) in chronological order as it
happened before summing up my actual strengths in Railway sector.
● Indian Railways Finance Corporation: MD and Dir Fin contacted Mitsui several times
after each year's budget to solicit Mitsui support for raising Foreign Currency
Debts-Sumo Bonds etc.Later on, intense interaction also happened when Rail Vikas
Nigam Limited mandated IRFC to manage its Foreign Currency Borrowings when
Mitsui was exploring Contracts biz with RVNL (For Berclay Mowlem -later acquired
by LOR, UK.)
● IRCON International : Several times with CMD, Dir Projects and Executive Director
(Projects), GM (Civil & S&T) for International Projects (Malaysia Double laning, Gulf ,
African countries) and also for some domestic projects for equipment sourcing,
Monorail Projects.
● RITES: Very good contacts right from 1997:
1. 1. Technical support to Mr KP Singh for first technical note on High Speed Railways
Concept and later with many high officials : Much later , it was evolved into
