 Managing O&M of sites, managing teams accordingly for PM/CM.

 Co-ordination with ZTE RTL regarding any work order generation, execution &
closing.
 Preparing monthly WO summary at the end of each month.
 Achieving monthly major tasks, Managing TCH availability and efforts to reduce
outage

Responsibilities during CM:
 Responsible for leading a team of O&M/Power technicians & possess well-developed
leadership, supervisory and interpersonal skills.
 Working on Power rectifier ZXD1500,ZXD2400
  To check and rectify the alarms appearing on rectifier CSU.
 Managing the field engineering operations so that the overall agreed network KPIs
are achieved.
 To Check and rectify the issue of 9 to 31KVA Genset with mechanical team.
 Performed the CM activity of Genset i.eg Head gasket, Fuel pump,waterpump,and
others issues
 Check and rectify the ATS (automatic transfer switch).
 Responsible for monitoring BTS/TXN (Microwaves, Traffic Nodes) Network
performance on daily, weekly and monthly basis and generating reports to
management accordingly.
 To trace and fixed all the RSL related issues of IDU Fault & ODU Fault, fault in
Tributaries, Faulty Controller card etc within the limited time to reduce the outage.
 Complete troubleshooting of BTS(ZXD 8112 & SDR).
 Troubleshooting External Alarms like Low Voltage, DG in operation,DG fail to start,
low fuel, Smoke Fire, Temperature alarms etc.
 To rectify the power related issues like Genset Faulty or Wapda failure.
 To rectify the AC (Air Conditioning units) failure issues.
 To rectify the IF Cable fault.
 To rectify the Antenna Problems.
 To rectify the connector problems
 To replace the faulty equipment in case of fault like, MW IDU , MW ODU & Rectifiers
TRX(DTRUD,TRMG)Controlling cards(CMB,CMM),AEM cards etc.
 Dealing with Sub cons regarding Power and Genset Issues.
 Responsibilities during PM:
 During PM my major responsibility is to take maximum work from my team to
perform better PM Quality.
 To rectify all the BTS & Microwave alarms.
 To check and supervise the PM of genset and fixed the issues.
 To check and fixed any leakage of engine and connections of alternator.
 To check Indoor as well as Out door earthing of the site & to install the Earth Strip or
Earth Cable incase of missing.
 To check the AC Power system, e.g. ATS Panel (Automatic Transfer switching for AC
Power), MDP (Main Distribution Panel) & Main Breakers.
 To assure the cleaning of the BTS Cabinet (HEX Fans, Fan trays especially) and MW
Links (IDU’s).
 To check all the alarms present at the IDU & to resolve them especially for High RSL.
 To check all the alarms present at the IDU from the event log for controlling the
fluctuations of the site.
 To check from the DDF for all the external alarms cable coming from the BTS Cabinet.
 To check and fixed the problem of external alarms reporting to OMCR

Responsibilities Audits:
 Conducting Internal & external Audits of sites regarding Power,BTS,Transmission,civil
 with clients.

 Here I attend Annual Shutdowns at Unit #1,2,3 & 4 and a major shutdown at Unit #
3.
 During These shutdown several time I observe and get knowledge about
 Hot & Could Start Up specification of a Unit such as Complex Test , Interlocking &
Protection Tests.
 Troubleshooting & maintenance of different Instruments.
 Installation & Replacement of latest instruments such as flow meters, temperature
& pressure gauges computerizes vibration sensor at unit 3.
