We maintain the above information on formats designed in-house and

maintain a record of them on a daily basis for future reference. Reports of
exceptional occurrences and corrective actions are forwarded to the
client.

The requests from the users shall also be received in a pre-designed

format.

NOTE:- All Above task will be perform on TEST as well as

PRODUCTION instance.
