This webinar explored ways to better connect with students within the classroom/school to better retain them, and to
encourage students to stay in their program or to encourage them to apply to a technical school program.

These objectives can be utilized in both my classroom as an instructor and also as an administrator. This webinar
fits with my second goal or building ways to promote lifelong learning. If I can better connect with my student
