With Scavenger Hunt, our team will feel nice and rejuvenated after some fresh air and fun

challenges. It could lift up their mood even they are going around outside their work place.

• Board Game Tournament

Here's one way to spark the Casa Dulce de Cavite’s team members' competitive sides without

having to leave the office. We want to help them sharpen their thinking skills and analytical skills

that could help them to be more motivated in doing their jobs.

• Professional Development Workshop

Casa Dulce de Cavite wants to encourage their employees to bond while providing them with an

opportunity to learn and further their career. By doing this, we will offer a time for a shared
learning experience either at our office. The activity could be specifically related to the employees'

jobs, or it could be something broader, like a negotiation or leadership skills workshop.

Casa Dulce de Cavite takes the employees out of the familiar, refreshing, and comfortable

environment of the workplace. It’s possible that not all the members have experienced camping

camping can share their knowledge for the first timers to experience the outing in optimum level.

Together with team building activities, camping could be taken into new level and makes their

relationship with each other stronger.

business and profits. This course is designed for the participants to enhance both their personal

and professional effectiveness in the workplace as well as the longevity of the organization.

The essence of our company outing for all the members of our business’ are to:

1. Build Team Cohesion- which allows team members to bond to some extent.

2. Time Break- everyone needs some time off to relax. We want our employees to feel refreshed

and renewed. That way they can return to their work with more energy and zest, which ultimately

means happier team members.

3. Increased Worker Productivity- which is happy employees are productive employees. It’s

easier to establish a rhythm throughout the day, so more can be accomplished with less wasted

motion.
While recreational activities are helpful because it lifts up the mood of the employees which

frees their mind from the stress and pressure from their works inside the company.
