 TITLE OF THE PROJECT:

CAR SALES AND INVEVTORY

OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT:

The main objective of the sales and inventory management system is to manage the
details of Purchasing , Payment, Supplier, customer, sales. It manages all the
information about Purchasing, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing.
This is an online car and car parts store that has listings of various cars along with
their features. It also consists of car parts and accessories. The project allows users
to buy car and car inventory online. It allows users to check various car stats
including car engine, milage, tank capacity and other factors. Credit card payment
facility available for car parts. Car booking has other methods for booking and
registration and even a test drive registration.
PROJECT DISCRIPTION:

The project features:

 Visitor Registration/ Login module.

 User may check various car listing with features.
 User may check the car features and inventory parts.
 User may select and add products to shopping cart.
 Credit card payment option for car parts shopping.
 Test drive booking registration available.
 Car loan and other car booking facilities available in car buying section.
 Manage the information of Payment.
 Manage the information of Purchasing
 Manage the information of customer.

ADVANTAGES:

 User does not have to go manually to purchase the product, this saves time as
well as human effort of the user.
 User can view features of each product and can compare the products in
order to purchase a better product.
 User can view products in effective graphical user interface.

DISADVANTAGES:
 Visual effect of product during manually purchasing the product is different
from viewing the product in your device.

Moniter: 15” color monitor or advance

FRONT END
JAVA SCRIPT: JavaScript is regarded as Front-End development and
everything which you interact on website is due to this script. Previously,
the sites were just static with HTML formatting and there was no
interaction. But when it entered development, then it changed the scenario
and became first Client-side language.

BACK END
MY SQL: Modern day websites seems to be relying on more and more
complex database system. These system stores all of their critical data and
allow for easy maintainances in some cases. The structured query language
is a very popular database language , and its standardarization makes it quite
easy to store,upgrade,and access data.
FUTURE SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:

It may help collecting perfect management in details. In a very short time,

the collection will be obvious, simple and sensible. It will help a person to
know the management of passed year perfectly and vividly.

In computer system the person has to fill the various forms & number of copies of
the forms can be easily generated at a time.
In computer system, it is not necessary to create the manifest but we can directly
print it, which saves our time.
To assist the staff in capturing the effort spent on their respective working areas.

CONCLUSION:

Inventory management has to do with keeping accurate records of goods that are
ready for shipment. This often means having enough stock of goods to the
inventory totals as well as substracting the most recent shipments of finished goods
of buyers.

Inventory management is important for keepingcosts down, while meeting

regulation. Highly trained inventory management and high quality software will
help make frequency management a success.
LIMITATION:

 Excel reports has not been developed for cars, sales due to some critically.
 The transactions are executed in off-line mode, hence on-line data for
inventory, customer capture and modification is not possible.
 Off-line reports of inventory, car models, car owners are validated and does
not take invalid values.
