Identify one or 2 policy/ies in your barangay that is/are beneficial and necessary to the people.
Document and analyze the technicalities and nature of the said policy according to the following:
- First Stage: Conduct Interview: To whom? Barangay official/s. Please ask the following:
A. How did they identify the problem? How did they define the problem?
B. Based on the nature and extent of the problem, how did they formulate the policy?
C. To adopt the policy, what mechanism/s did they use? Election, Plebiscite, Referendum,
Brgy. Meeting, etc.
D. How did they implement the policy? What are the processes of the implementation?
E. What are the mechanisms to evaluate the policy?
Note: Please record your conversation.

- Second Stage:
A. Using SWOT analysis, interpret and analyze the policy. Aside from the general provisions
of the policy, please consider the results/information/data during your interview.
