Iconica is a remodeling company that provides full-service

exterior and interior remodeling for residential and commercial
properties. At Iconica we are driven by passion for our work and

A start-up IT Services company Apotica, rented a

residential building and wanted it remodeled into a
minimalist modern office space. The concept of the
design was to get clean simple spaces that do not
look cluttered. We explored the use of glass, wood
and bright colours to give a serious but playful feel to
the office.

Red Mango Office

Red Mango, an IT services company had its office in an

industrial warehouse. Their existing spaces were not well
lit, had heavily textured walls and ceilings that gave the
whole office space a gloomy, grim and hefty feeling. Our
design solution was to make the place look lighter using
full glass frameless doors and light shades of colours with
highlights of contrasting colours and some custom made
artworks from our artist.

Kosmos Energy Office

This was a new building with open floor plan on five levels. Kosmos
energy needed a combination of enclosed and semi-open floor office
layout. Our services included designing a Data Center and other
ancillary spaces needed beyond the office spaces.

Wordui Residence

This residence was a custom home designed for a young couple with
two children. The couple wanted a contemporary residence that will
provide a private home office, formal living and dinging while
affording the family a space to hang out in an informal way. A key
requirement for the couple was a tropical architecture which
maximizes daylight and ventilation as well as having very open or
semi-open interiors.

Rehoboth Show House

A real estate company, Rehoboth Properties needed to showcase

one of their house types for sales purposes. The residence was a
basic two bedroom with one bathroom. Picking on the corporate
colours of the company which was green, we set off to furnish the
show house living area in vibrant lemon green feature walls with
contrasting red highlights. We explored monochromatic colours
schemes in the bedrooms to give potential clients possible ideas.

Hussey Residence

This residence was a custom home designed for a couple. The

contemporary design features a double volume living room with 4
bedrooms ensuite and a family area. The use of natural stone wall
cladding on both exterior and interior brings a good contrast to the
otherwise light earth colours that the couple preferred.
