Writing  1. Write a piece of at least 3 sentences in 3 of 5 writings 


2. Write/copy at the sentence level with letters placed on the baseline, in 
the appropriate case, and without reversals for 80% of trials  

Speech (SLP)  1. Use accurate word order and verb tense in sentences with minimal 
cueing 80% accuracy 
2. Accurate imitate and/or produce speech sounds in all positions of words 
with 80% accuracy 

Behavior (SSW)  1. Continue to learn, practice, and demonstrate appropriate coping skills 
and strategies for when he feels frustrated or upset 100% of the time

Behavior (SSW)  1. Emmett will display appropriate behavior when angry, upset, or 
annoyed 90% of observed trials throughout the academic school year 

Designated Case  1. Following a visual schedule, Emmett will transition between activities 
Manager  throughout the school day independently with his classmates 75% of 
transitions 
2. Emmett will demonstrate self control by not blurting out, not scripting, 
and not using his hands in a way that is destructive for less than 2 to 3 
episodes per day   
3. Emmett will use kind words and use names of classmates when upset or 
expressing what he wants 75% of his interactions
