do hereby solemnly affirm and state as follows .-

1. I am the 3rd party to the above suit proceedings. I know the plaintiff. Previously
I worked as Typist under one Rachiraju Venkataratnam alias Karanam Garu. Who died
in or about 2009 or 2010. He worked as Document writer at Ananthapalli Sub-registrar's
office for a considerable time.e

2. I used to type the documents under the dictations of the said Venkataratnam garu.
Recently the plaintiff came to me and shown the copy of registered will dt.7-32005
which executed by one Rachuru Subbulu of Dubacharla village. All the contents of such
registered will was typed by me at the dictations of the above said
Venkatratnam garu. By such time the executant of such will namely Rachuru Subbulu,
Tonta Venkateswara Rao and one M.Ramachandra Rao were present. The said
Venkataratnam dictated the contents in the presence of above persons. Prior to his Commented [b1]:
dictations he obtained instructions from the said Subnbulu in my presence. After
compleation of typing, I read over the contents to all the persons at the instructions of
said Venkataratnam garu. After satisfying the contents, the said Subbulu subscribed her
signatures. Subsequently the attesters namely Tonta Venkateswara Rao and
Ramachandra Rao attested their signatures on such will. Immediately the same was
presented before the Sub-registrar at Ananthapalli and got registered the
