Executive Summary

The objective of the project was to study and evaluate present digital market scenario and preference

of the clients of leading company Your Reputations Consulting. Project is focused on the

comparative study of education sectors.

The project starts with the introduction of company and digital sector follows with the scenario of

schools and colleges, institutes in Indian economy and how our company is still dominating the

digital sector.

To complete the project the study has been conducted which based on primary and secondary data
which is collected through survey and websites.

The project was started on 11th of may, 2017 in Noida after knowing all the relevant information
about the Ikampuz, under the guidance of o Ms. Akanksha Dubey, Operation Manager, YRC, Nodia.
The first part of my project involves the study of MicrosoftVisual Studio is platform which provides
the facilities of web designing and app development. And about its Licencing. Ikampuz is an
application that used for communication and collaboration b/w parents, teacher and student.

. Then I have start calling to some of the schools and college in different locations of Uttar pradesh to
collect data regarding my project.

The main purpose of the study to know that how and what manner people attract towards the

company’s product and how they decide which one should be chosen.

Finding and recommendation made based on survey most depicts on the point that digital android

applications should be more customer centric, as many customers are not aware about the digital

India and plan and are not able to decide which application is better for them so that they can give

proper knowledge to the clients. Frequent change of clients should not be done on the routes.

Scope of the Study


The Indian education sector has witnessed exponential growth over the last two decades. While India’s

favorable demographics have helped enhance market penetration, growth has been driven by

innovations in product offerings and distribution by IT companies since the opening of the sector in

2010. Amongst other factors, rapid expansion in the digital life sector coincided with a period of rising

household savings, a growing middle class and a rising working population, all backed by strong

dojo and iguardian, Your Reputations Consulting were selected for this study based on market share

in digital education sector in India.

The researcher approached the customers of public and private education sector IT companies and

requested them to fill the structured questionnaire to generate the response to the listed objectives.

Sampling Unit

The sample unit consists of customers of public and private sector organizations. There respondents to
colleges, schools and industries.

Research Methodologies:
The sample size I have taken is 50 colleges where I have visited and ask questions to complete our
database. This is the confidential task and I had to do it in such a manner so that I can retrieve all the
information related to my research.

As many colleges and schools does not want to share the insight information about the IT Section .
But we need to pull out the information in any manner.

I have visited many colleges and schools but some of them are already present in the SANITY list
which has been provided by the ikampuz and I had to discard those colleges.

Like this I have retrieved information from more than 200 colleges and designing the research for 50
colleges and schools from 200 institutes.

I have done the descriptive research as I have needed to understand the scope of the new product
ikampuz..

The Methodologies that we followed while doing this research includes the following stages:-

1. Collection of data from field as well as internet;


2. Profiling those data;
3. Visiting and calling for filling up the questionnaire and to build up a relationship with the
institutes;
4. Analyzing the data collected and questionnaire filled by us;
5. Dividing the data into three parts namely hot leads, medium leads and cold leads;
6. Calling in those accounts as inside sales for appointment so that the sales team can go and meet
them in order to close deals.

Research Instrument
A structured questionnaire was used as the research instrument for the study. The

questionnaire was designed in such a way consisting of 20 different questions. The first part

of the questionnaire is demographic profile of the customer, like the name, age, education,

occupation.

The second part of the questionnaire elicited information from respondents regarding major

reason for opting IT technology and ikampuz application, satisfaction level, number of

dependents, and what are their preference in reference to investment.

Field Work
The respondents were contacted directly by the researcher for collecting the relevant data. Proper

care was also taken to maintain the heterogeneity of samples.

In the analysis, percentage method is adopted to analyze the demographic profile of the

respondents and other data relevant to the objectives of the study.

This graph shows the different Databases used by the companies for their mailing, developing and
storing the predate work.
This question help the company for launching their database product like Azure cloud service, which
provide the services for the storing the data and perform the task from anywhere in the world.
From the above table and graphs we can see that 46% companies use SQL database, 42% of the
company uses MySQL Database, 14% use Oracle as database & 7% uses other database which

Conclusion
From the above analysis and interpretation we can conclude that there is a big opportunity for the
android application like ikampuz and Digital Marketing ahead. As stated initially business of IT firms
in India is growing at a compounded rate. Every schools or colleges from different sectors needs a
very easy communication tool which can enhance their work and performance and at the same time
save time for them. Nowadays, schools/colleges are on a regular basis overloaded with projects,
assignments, homework’s, attendance, child monitoring and lots more. For this one of the most
important things that are need in an education sector is proper structure, collaboration as well as good
online support on websites. At the same time it is also necessary to have a user friendly, easy to access
tool for the development. And these entire things are provided by Your Reputations Consulting
through their product like ikmapuz (android application).

So from this research we can conclude the following points:-


 Ikampuz is important for every education sector but schools and colleges make the most use of
it.
 The users feel that ikampuz service is a very pocket friendly app where as they are not
thinking the other way round that if they are investing in this product what is their return on it
or how can they enhance the reputation of their organization.
 Most of the companies are not using ikampuz as they still believe in paper work.
 There is a big opportunity for ikampuz and services of YRC.
 As per my research area aligarh, khurja, bulandshahr I found 60% of respondents want try to
demonstration ikampuz application to operate .

 The users are not aware of the benefits of ikampuz.


 Though this product is a very niche product and has been segmented for only few customers,
but from those few customers, big opportunities can be created.
 Since most education sectors are not aware about ikampuz and its benefits, so, they are not
using any application.
 Education sector is not properly aware about the benefits of ikampuz for maintaining good
reputation and good presence on digital media.
 From personal feedback which I got from the customers, I can conclude that they are interested
to use ikampuz app.

Observations:
From this empirical study we have done, I have observed some of the behaviors of the consumers
which are as following:-
 Most of the companies work on .Net platform
 Most of the companies prefer ERP development tool.
 Most of the colleges use another application .
 Users of different organization mostly are not ready to disclose information related to the
questionnaire with us.

Limitations:
The Limitations for this study are as follows:-

 This was had a time limited to only two months


 Most of the companies were not reluctant to share any information about their organization
 Lack of proper route-map
 Lack of supporting authorized documents for research

Recommendations:
My recommendation for YRC as followings:-

 Users need more awareness about ikampuz and Yrc. If more online advertising in done, users can
become more aware about ikampuz.
 Ikampuz can provide 2 months free demonstration to the respective institutions.
 Ikampuz conduct the workshop/seminars. These workshops can be provided free of cost .
 If certain active blogs could be created for the benefit of users where they can discuss about
different benefits and problems of ikampuz .
 More focused on rural and semi –rural areas of education institutes there are lack of awareness.
