The chart shows the direct interaction between the manager and its
subordinates. A total of 7 employees which are also the owners will start the manpower
of the business venture and multitasking is expected.
Duties of Franchise General Manager - Ms. Jan Marielle Abaca
 Responsible for planning and managing the franchising business of the
company. She will be responsible for developing franchising opportunities and
for offering continuous support to franchisees, to ensure the overall success of
the franchisor as well as the franchisee.

Duties of Sales Manager - Ms. Donna Baliwag


 Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successful managing the sales
team. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands
company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
 Identify emerging markets and markets ships while being fully aware of new
products and completion status.

Duties of Marketing Manager - Ms. Hazell Marie Padua


 Prepare and execute the marketing strategy for Company’s’ franchisee
opportunity: attracting newer franchisees.
 Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
 Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
 Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
 Identify and research potential markets to launch new franchisee.
 Identify and locate potential franchisee in the selected markets: discovering and
exploring opportunities.

Finance Manager - Ms. Mars Karren Africa

 Develop the budget for franchise development. Monitor and ensure that
budgets are met.
 Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecast to the
management team.

Human Resource Manager - Ms. Ayessah Villanueva


HR. Manager is administering the Training and development and Legal Division.

 Implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy

Duties of Head Franchisee Training and Development - Ms. Anna Sanches


 Develop the training program for the franchisee.
 Ensure that franchisee and its staff are trained enough to provide the service
experience in line with Company’s customer policies.
Legal Division Manager -Geraldine Briones

 Finalize the deal with franchisee by negotiating terms and conditions of each
franchisee agreement
 Responsible for the launch and development of the franchisee as per the agreed
terms and conditions.
 Assisting with completing background investigations
