Dear Batch 2015,

We invite all of you this ​December 15, 1 pm to 4 pm,​​ at the ​SHB​​ ​4th Floor Auditorium,
Philippine Science High School Main Campus​​ to the Batch 2015 alumni meeting we
communicated back in August this year.

We will discuss through presentations, questions and answers among other topics, the
Discovery Science Camp 2015 as the batch legacy project. The agenda and other logistics for
the meeting will be posted next week.

In the meantime, as a sign of good faith, the group that facilitated the activity, Integrating
Science in the Philippines (ISIP), has informed us that they will be depositing to the batch
account the money spent for the camp amounting to ​179,500.00 pesos​​ within three days from
today. This is to allay concerns and suspicions that the disbursed amount in question is being
compromised. The receipt will be posted a day after the money is deposited.

Depending on the batch's decision on the status of the camp, the expenses incurred will be
processed accordingly.

If you have questions, clarifications, or complaints, we will defer our responses on December
15. In the meantime, you may send them to this ​form​ by December 8th, Saturday, so we can
address them accordingly.
