DISC VALVES

Exhaust air valves (Disc Valves) are widely usad in all types o f air treatment installations,
mainly wash roo ms. The round shape o f these termin al un its allows them to be used in many
other variety of app licat ions .

DESIGN AND CONSTRACTION

Exhaust valves cosist o f a con ical seat and a cone located eccent rically in the seat and by
means of this des ign the level of flow generated sound omitted from the valve is low .
The valve setting is varied by ad justing the cone in relat ion to the seat. The desired setting is
fixed by means o f a locking screw.
Exhaust disc valve is availab le in four different s izes (4",5",6",and 8").

MATERIAL

Exhaust valves are manufactured from plastic or aluminum.
