Dear Mr.Setiawan,

We hereby inform you that there are some items that we received our order in a
damaged condition. The following is a list of the damaged items and the description of the
damaged:
1. 2 items of Women's Collar Shirt XVI/SJ-PO/AJM/VII/2018. The collar torn and
faded.
2. 1 item of Women's Parka Suit XV/SJ-PO/AJM/VII/2018. The pocket is dirty and torn.

We have sent some photos via email that shows the condition of damaged goods.
Similarly, the letter claims we made in the hope of an improvement in the quality of goods
so that future doesn't happen the same problems.

We will make payment in cash after the items we received in our office are in
accordance with the provision of your company. For your attention and good cooperation
we thank you.
