TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES AT CAVITE

G E N E R A L R U L E S

Date: April 22, 2019

Venue: Palmer & Player Hall, The Orchard Golf & Country Club,
Dasmariñas City, Cavite
Assembly time: 7:30 am

Graduating students should proceed to the holding area
for assembly ( back door of Player and Palmer’s Hall)
Guests are advised to proceed directly to their seats at
the hall as it will be closed by 9:00 am to give way to the
processional.
Tripods and other equipment are NOT permitted and
there is strictly NO ADMITTANCE ONTO THE PLATFORM
at any time.
The officers of the graduating students have arranged
an official photographer of the graduation rites.

Admission Mobile Phones

Each graduate is allowed to be accompanied by two
guests. Reserved seats are tagged with stickers printed
with the name of each graduate (one seat is reserved
across the graduate and the other one at the back side).
Please observe the proper seating arrangement.
Dress Code
The ceremony is a formal occasion and it is
recommended that candidates and their guests are to
dress smartly. Sleeveless shirts and slippers of any kind
is not allowed.
Please ensure that all mobile phones are switched off or
set to silent mode for the duration of the ceremony.
Mobile phones are not permitted on the platform.

Food and drink are not permitted in the Hall.

Guests are permitted to take pictures and record the

ceremony but this must be done from their seats so as
not to obstruct the view of other guests or interfere
with proceedings.
