• Performed due diligence (mapping/tagging equipment) at 3 different sites. Mapping in Visio.
• Developed a data collection table that was individualized for each site. Two of which contained
over 1,000 pieces of equipment.
• Ran a schedule of values to determine the number of facility maintenance hours per discipline.
KLH Engineers, MEP Design Co-op Fall 2016, Summer 2017
• Worked in the Civil and Commercial business groups.
• Tasked with designing both the plumbing and HVAC systems in a single story bank. Was able to
complete the project using only 45% of the budgeted cost.
• Created a process for groups in Revit Administrator to decrease the time needed to layout
residential units by 10%.
• Used AutoCAD to create several plumbing and HVAC details. For example, I created a detail for
a residential water riser room, including backflows, water meters, expansion tanks, and water
heaters. These details will save 20-25 minutes on each future residential project.
• Designed an HVAC systems for the Terminal Modernization of CVG Airport. Worked closely
with the client to satisfy all requirements and was also able to save 15% on the overall budget.
