BOQ's and drawings, as per company requirements.

ensure the availability of the materials when needed, with selected suppliers

 Work in accordance to company procedures to achieve a professional, ethical,
reliable and cost effective total Procurement service through Market Research,
Budget, and Estimating evaluations.
 Determine if inventory Quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials
when necessary.
 Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve
shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.

 Responsible for physical inventory audits and reconciliation of internal and


external storage facilities and stock maintenance.

 Provides technical and operational direction to subordinate materials man and

efforts and programs of the mills HSE management system

 Responsible for overall maintenance of soda recovery plant with its operation,
shutdown and break down etc.
 Maintenance of Recovery Boilers, Compressors, Fans, Heat Exchangers,
Evaporators, Rotating Machinery Auxiliaries & Utilities of Soda Recovery plant.
 Maintenance of FBC (Fluidized Bed Combustion) boiler
 Selection of all machinery based on Techno-Economical analysis.
 Formulation and implementation of effective maintenance practices and
preventive maintenance
 Supervising activities of foremen, technicians, and helpers.
 Taking effective measures for the smooth functioning of plant without any
breakdown.
