1. Brief introduction

History
-Established in 1989, Thinh Phat is the first fish sauce production enterprise in
Vietnam to be granted by the Ministry Vietnamese and European Union seafood
(EU), EU Code: NM 138, ensures safety food hygene production according to EU
standards, allowed to export fish sauce to the EU market. Thinh Phat specializes in
the production of fish sauce from 25 to over 40 proteins (g / l) (natural protein of
fish), follows traditional production process in Phu Quoc island. Product quality is
guaranteed by quality management programs GMP, SSOP, HACCP. Thinh Phat is
one of 10 Vietnamese fish sauce companies are granted food hygiene and safety
certificates according to international hygiene standards (HCCP). Phu Quoc Thinh
Phat also won the Gold Medal of Vietnam International Seafood Exhibition 9 years
instant 1999-2007.
