Surji based on the present economic situation is their increase in employee turnover need to be verified and ANT organization has to conduct employee recognition activities to motivate employees through programs and rewards as a sign of appreciating their respective work. The aim of the author is to identify the reasons of turnover, employee turnover affect industries for their efficiency, productivity and performance because of employee turnover in the present competitive world. Sampling procedure and methodology used: In ACT company data is collected through primary research from employees side data collection is been carried through questionnaires and data is also collected from the employees who left the organization recently on the parameters of job dissatisfaction, problems with manager and supervisors, pay and benefits. The questionnaires responses can be collected for the existing employee respondents in the organization in terms of quantitative method the scale consists of strongly agree, agree, strongly disagree, disagree. Second method is qualitative research was conducted in exit interview in which it contains nine structured scale questions and six open ended questions. The positive features of a questionnaire as a tool in research are that outcome of any participants can be studied at one time. Observations/ Findings: Firstly, many employees in the organization has stated 90% communication is encouraged in ANT organization which has greater impact for the employees in the organization which is not a factor for employee turnover. In the quantitative research of ANT company it is observed that 78% of the existing employees strongly agree to their job is very important to them which is a positive sign for the ANT organization where they can contribute more for productivity levels in their job which increases productivity of the company. From the survey results it is observed that 22% employees are not satisfied with the pay offered by ANT organization and 78% employees are satisfied with the pay offered by the organization. Conclusion: In a nutshell, based on the survey results collected from respondents decision can be made to decline in employee turnover in ANT company.
