TO DISTRIBUTE COLUMN LOADS TO THE
NEAREST FOUNDATION LOCATIONS. IN
MANY LOCATIONS, THESE TRANSFER
SYSTEMS EXTEND INTO THE RETAIL PODIUM,
WHICH REQUIRED THE TWO BUILDINGS TO
BE CONSTRUCTED AS ONE STRUCTURE.
