1.Introduction

Hello,
Our Team Id is 65675. As we mention above We are
four in group . Deep ,Mayur, Vijay ,Rajesh.
Our Internal Guide is Ms. Sabnam Bano.
We know that this is the idea for Design engineering so
let's talk First about design thinking.

What is Design Thinking ?

- Design Thinking is a method designers use in

ideation and developmeny, that also has applications
elsewhere. The method describes a human-centered,
iterative design process consisting of 5 steps—
Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Test.

Why is Design Thinking Important?

 - Design Thinking is a systematic process of thinking which
empowers
even the most traditional thinker to develop new,
innovative solutions to the problem at hand.
Everybody can be creative by following this process
– it's humancentred creativity with purpose.

Also we have Done PBL - Problem Based Learning in

which,we have learn about Design thinking also team
members helpful each other in preparation of canvas and other
things like projects and other problem which was faced by us
during this project.

If Talking about our journy During the semester so first we

completed the Product developement canvs after that complete
the AEIOU canvas and than mind mapping .than Ideation
canvas and at last we complete Experience canvas.all canvas
make other canvas more challenging and interesting. once one
canvas complete we write in this report for that canvas.so lets
talk step by step the other content.
2.AEIOU Canvas

- Our product is Hover bike which is a unique

concept for Aeronautical Department and Aerospace
engineering. We use this product at Airport, At home,
At Fire Station, At Hospital In short this product is
used for many Emergency purposes.
- This Bike need the Professional Riders Who has
trained specially for ride this bike in critical and
emergency services, so there are some special
interviews for the riders in which compney ask some
basic about this bike and rider need to give the test as
we give for the vechical licence procedure.
 Environment:

-Very important think is how our bike affet the

Environment so there are some points for that.
-No need runway for this Bike so cement and lot of
water for prepare the runway that is the adventage for
the environment.
-By Using this Bike Traffic Problen is solved so the
Air and Noise Pollution are reduced.
-Cities can be connected in shorter Distance so this
is time saving product.
-After some modification if we put solar pannel in
this bike so we use solar energy as Fule. so it also
reduce the pollution . due to this we also save the
fossil fule for our future.
-some times the Drag is more for this bike so it
consumed more power that is the disadventage for
the environment.
 Interaction
-There are many people interact with this bike like:
Engineers, Designers, Manufactures, Investors, etc…
- Aeronautical Engineers who are help to design
and develop the bike by their Concept. They build the
structure for this bike and also design the component
of this bike.
- Manufactures are help to assemble the
components . They fixed the parts at the proper
position and also paint this bike with the attractive
pigments.
- Investors invest their shares and money in this
product to become more popular and to get more
profits and also for the market rate.

Activities
-This bike use in many Activities like search and
rescue, Aerial Survey , Medical Emergency, Power
line inspection etc..
Users:
-Users of this bike is Defence and rescue
team,engineers,Visitors , mountain climbers, also use
as detection device /bike.
- Engineers are use this bike for many purpose like
modification.Interaction for this domain are
Aeronautical engineers,Manufacturing companies,
Designers , Pilots and riders,Investors.
 3. Mind Mapping:

- A mind map is an easy way to brainstorm

thoughts organically without worrying about order and
structure. It allows you to visually structure your ideas
to help with analysis and recall. ... A mind map can
be used as a simplified content management system
(CMS).
- In our Mind mapping canvas we show that how
our Bike will use in different areas.
- In this canvas we mention all then mandatory
things which will Definitely used in future by our
bike like its fetures, Modification, Its users ,Compney
intrest , function etc…
-It shows how our bike will our future .
-talking About how we completed mind mapping so
first we draw our bike in middle and than explain in
details by different componants of mind map.

 4 . Empathy canvas.

- The Empathy Canvas is a great powerful tool that

helps putting yourself inside the head of a person you
might be looking at as a prospective customer or
product user. It allows you to quickly grasp their
experience and where they are coming from.
- In this canvas we mention all the important thing
about the users of this bike. Who invest their shares
in our bike also mention some bad and good stories
of the customers who was experienced this bike ride.
-We use this bike as Defence and army bike by
some modification in which we are attach the deadly
weapons like machine guns, missiles and other war
weapons.
-Engineers used this bike for many purpose like site
survey, to better modification design, etc…
-The Very known companies like BOEING and
HINDUSTAN AERONAUTICS LIMITED are buy our
bike for better public response and better marketing.
 -they invest their shares in this bike and we assure
that thay get good benefits.

- By this bike we will able to do Aerial survey in that

we use this bike for generating the geometric map of
country and states to increase the visualisation of
people.
-We mention some stories below:
-> Foram is a working girl. she is very accurate in
her work and willingness to complete the work on time
but she has only one problem she was always late for
the job due to traffic problem but after buying this bike
she is always on time because as we mention above
that our bike no need road. that's whyForam is very
happy.
->Rajesh is the middle class man .heis working in a
private company but his selary is average, he is sad
because he is not able to buy this bike because this
bike is too costly.

 5 . Ideation Canvas:

- Ideation is the creative process of generating,

developing, and communicating new ideas, where an
idea is understood as a basic element of thought that
can be either visual, concrete, or abstract.
Ideation comprises all stages of a thought cycle, from
innovation, to development, to actualization.
- The set of people which are directly or indirectly
connect with this bike.some of this is given below
Defance/Army, Police, Investors, Engineers,
Visitors,etc...
-Here is some activities done by these people which
areSearch and rescue, wildlife and parks inspection,
powerline inspection, film shooting, Environmental
monitoring, media,etc...
- We are also mention some difficult situation and
solution for our bike to overcome that situation.
 - If our bike face the Bird strike situation so it may
happend that the ignition system and propallers totally
fail to overcome this situation we also design the birds
detection system which is use as mejor part and also
we provide the parachute to evacuate.
- If customer want to use this bike in foggy wether
so that is not possible directly because in this type of
wether visiblity is nearly zero,so the rider is not able to
see the way of travel to overcome this situation we
design the autopilot system with high profile camera
and also the auto landing system at safe place .
- other situations are : Techanical issue, Air-
presure, Accident wite un expected drone or other
things.

7.Conclusion
As per the customers need we design such a new
concept bike which is deinitly very useful in the
future. as we mention above the componants ,
Features , Functions, Users ,Customers Review that
all are under the modification process to make this
bike more effective and cheap.
