“A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING AN AMOUNT

EQUIVALENT TO THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS ( P
30,000.00) FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF 1
COMPUTER UNIT WITH PRINTER AND COMPUTER
TABLE FOR THE SCHOOL READING CENTER OF
CABADBARAN SOUTH CENTRAL ELEMENTARY
SCHOOL, CITY OF CABADBARAN, AGUSAN DEL
NORTE, TO BE TAKEN FROM THE LEGISLATIVE
CITY DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE FUND (LCDAF)
OF HON. SALUTARIO B. CUASITO.”

WHEREAS, the Cabadbaran South Central Elementary School

through the District Reading Coordinator Mrs. Nelia R. Yema has
requested assistance from the City Government for the procurement of 1
unit computer with printer and computer table for the use of the
School Reading Center of the said school;

WHEREAS, said computer is indispensable in order that the

Reading Center can implement its curriculum that uses Information and
Communication Technology (ICT) multimedia materials for its instruction;

WHEREAS, the employ of said technology would greatly enhance

the learning abilities of the children and broaden their knowledge
because of the versatility of the computer in terms of generating
information and conveying the same in a manner enjoyable and fun for
them;

WHEREAS, having found the said request worthy of support, the

same being for the best interest not only of the school but of the
children, the parents and the City in general as well.

NOW THEREFORE

BE IT RESOLVED, by the 1st Sangguniang Panlungsod, in its 60th

Regular Session assembled, to allocate an amount equivalent to Thirty
Thousand Pesos ( P 30,000.00) for the procurement of 1 computer unit
with printer and computer table for the School Reading Center of
Cabadbaran South Central Elementary School, City of Cabadbaran,
Agusan del Norte, to be taken from the Legislative City Development
Assistance Fund (LCDAF) of Hon. Salutario B. Cuasito.”

RESOLVED FURTHER, to provide copies of this Resolution to

the City Budget Officer; the City Accountant; the City Planning and
Development Coordinator; the City Treasurer and the School Reading
Center of Cabadbaran South Central Elementary School thru Ms. Nelia
R. Yema, District Reading Coordinator, all of this City for information and
guidance
