customer's needs therefore the customer will easily get so they
will buy the product/service.

2. Advertisement
Advertising the product or service a persuasive act to make target
audience interested to buy product or service.

3. Official Account the product or service

Official account very helpful the customer and customers have
more trust with the official account in the official account
customer can find various information about product or serivice
quality and promotion.

Disadvantage of Twitter social media in the process economy:

1. Fraudulence
Many frauds are done by the seller or the customer so as to lower
sales.

2. Lack of Picture
Lack of detailed picture about product or service makes customers
unbelieving.

Advantage of twitter in social culture :

1. Can communicate to different countries
2. Fast response communications
3. To introduce culture to the world
4. Can recoqnize the culture of other countries

Disadvantages im social culture :
1. Affect cultural damage
2. Hoax quickly spread
3. Reduce effective time
4. Imitate negative countries culture

The advantages of twitter in politics section are :

• The polling feature in twitter is helpful to gain quick insight from
public about certain issues
• The spread of news & campaign is faster than conventional media
• The politician can communicate directly to the masses
• Political parties can use twitter to attract younger people to join
them

Disadvantages:
• The faster the news is spread, the hoax will also spread fast
• There is no guarantee that the twitter user is a person (it can be a
bot, org. Or even fake accounts) so, the poll sometimes didn't
make sense.
• The limited amounts of characters allowed, caused the news
delivered using twitter will be cut in some tweets. This tweets can
create misunderstanding.

CHAPTER 4 : LINE APP IN THE PROCESS ECONOMY

Advantage of LINE in economy:

1. Paid Promote
Pay the famous official account on Line Application to promote
the product.
2. Endorsement
Give the item we want to sell to the famous official account to be
promoted. The difference with the paid promote is, the
endorsement sometimes do not give payment to the promotion
depending on the agreement.
3. Save Our Money
Product owners didn’t have to spend much money to pay for

Disadvantages of LINE APP in economy:

1. Fraud
We must be careful in buying product in application Line online
shop or the other online shop, because not all that is promoted is

DISADVANTAGE LINE APP in social culture :

 Habits:
- Less able to socialize with people around. In LINE APP he/she
always share always he/she did but in the real life he was not
really good friendly.

- Spend more time playing LINE than any other important task.
- Can be a means to show off a thing.

- Reduced personal privacy. Sometimes someone often shares
