WEEK 6 INSTRUCTIONS:
Each total-body resistance training circuit consists of four exercises done back-
to-back with little to no rest in between exercises.
After completing Circuit #1 once, take a 1-2 minute rest before repeating Circuit
#1 again for a total of 2 rounds. Repeat the same step for Circuit #2 and #3
