I. Recruitment
A. Advertisement:
- Post the recruitment news in finding job website (timviecnhanh, viec lam 24h,..)
(2.3 million VND perday)
- Hang the poster for seeking new staff (printed cost for about 120.000 VND)
- Cyberspace: Using Facebook webpage to recruit employee. This social media
possesses a huge access of users, especially is the youngsters, so it is easy to
announce the recruitment to the right candidate. The cost for Facebook
advertisement is also free.
- Total cost for job advertisement will be around 12 million VND per month
- Number of hires: 7
- Number of candidates: 17
- Timeline for process: setting the date for selection of each stage and each position.

II. Selection
1. Initial Sreening
The human resource staff will call the applicants through telephone. Applicants
will be aksed these following questions in order to check them.
1. What is suitable time for you to work in my coffeeshop?
2. Where do you live?
3. How can you know about job recruiment?
4. Why do you apply for this position?
5. What did you do before?
2. Completed application
We decide to create the application form which is suitable for our job description
and specifications. The form will be printed for candidates coming directly to our
company for application. There will be an application form online on our
Facebook page. It is easy to control the number of candidates and compare the
candidates.
3. Employment test

4. Comprehensive Interview
The interviewers ask candidates some structured interview question with
different purpose of evalution. Candidates’ answer will be scored with
three level low ( 1-2 points), moderate (3 points) and high (4-5 points)
