who has worked as a Technical Associate(QA) for the last 2 years at SpurTree Technologies Pvt.
Ltd., Having closely supervised Aashitha and having mentored her, as a Project Manager, I could
safely say that she is a detailed oriented person. She is extremely methodological in her testing
strategies and procedures in the various projects she handled. She was able to come up with test
plan and transfer them into test case. She has consistently proved her documentation skills by
producing accurate and appropriate documentations at all levels of the testing spectrum.

From a Business perspective, Aashitha is a very strategic individual. She showed great
interest in analyzing the product and understandings business requirements. She is always
willing to jump into the team whether it be to fix an issue or to analyze the root cause. Her
problem-solving capabilities have helped the team meet its deadlines and based on the skill sets
that she had accumulated in the last two years, she would excel in key roles like project
management having been the focal point of interaction with the stake holders. In 2016, she
bagged the “Best Debutant” Award for her significant contribution in various departments like
testing, business and management.

From a Management perspective, she has shown her ability to organize daily scrum
meetings and managing the retrospective meetings during which she had taken the initiative to
collaborate with the off-shore team and get their findings. She has all the caliber to manage a
team with her effective communication skill. Having proved her versatility across the above-
