Projects such as Mr. Discipline and Discipline Me were presented. The animator reminded members about seminary laws and responsibilities. Sem. Rijie Wenceslao stated that messages in the suggestion box should be read at other meetings. The closing prayer was led by Sem. Harold Tinaja and the meeting was adjourned at 9:11 pm.

    MINUTES OF THE MEETING

    The 4th meeting was held inside of Refectory on April 22nd, 2019.

    Present were:

     Everyone

    I. Call to order:

    Sem. Tran Duc Uy calls the meeting to order at 8:23 pm.

    II. Opening Prayer:

    The opening prayer was led by Sem. Rijie Wenceslao.

    III. Presentation of Projects

    a. Short Term
     Mr. Discipline
    b. Long Term
     Discipline Me
     WHAT?
    c. Legacy
     FS Chapel Clock

    V. Other Matters

    1. The animator reminded the RT about seminary laws because some of its members
    are forgetting the responsibility as a Discipline RT.
    2. Reading the messages and concerns inside the box.
    3. Sem. Rijie Wenceslao stated that the messages and concerns must be read during
    the CCC and Formators meeting and during the General Assembly.
    4. The animator approved without thinking.

    VI. Closing Prayer

    The closing prayer was led by Sem. Harold Tinaja.


    VII. Adjournment

    The meeting was adjourned by Sem. Tran Duc Uy at 09:11 pm
