Construction process:
1. Fix a plate B 7*9 by screwing M4*8 screws through four corner holes of the plate into the threaded
slots of the Beam0824-144.

Construction process:
1. Make the branch 1 as shown in the figure below. Connect the Beam0824-176 with the bracket 3*3, and
fix them with M4*14 screws and nuts.
2. Make the branch 2 as shown in the figure below. Pass an M4*14 screw through a hole on the
Beam0824-096 and screw it into the threaded slot of the Beam0824-144. Pass an M4*22 screw through
another hole on the Beam0824-096 and screw it into the Beam0824-144 with M4 nuts. Make the branch

the threaded holes on the side of the Beam0824-096. Fix this component onto the Beam0824-064 with the
method of making the branch 2.

internal threaded slots of the Beam2424.

both ends of the Beam0824-144 with the Beam0824-080; pay attention to the hole position.
3. Place the Beam0412-156 on the top of the Beam0824-080; align the holes of the Beam0824-080 and
the Beam0412-156, and then place the Beam0824-096 as shown in the figure. Pass M4*14 screws through
the Beam0824-096 and the Beam0412-156, and then fix them on the side threaded holes on the
Beam0824-080 at the bottom.

the same way. Keep the two Beam0824 components in the same direction, and then fasten other holes on
the MegaPi Pro.

144 by fastening four holes.

8. Install a colored LED module, a Me 7-Segment Display, and a Me Gas Detection Module orderly on the
Beam0824-144 with M4*14 screws. Pay attention to the hole position.
9. Connect the dual-servo driver module to the port 1 of the Me Auriga with an RJ25 connection line.
Connect the Me Flame Sensor, colored LED module, Me 7-Segment Display, and Me Gas Detection
Module to ports 7, 8, 9, and 10 of the Me Auriga, respectively. Fasten the RJ25 connection line with nylon
cable ties.

1. Insert the D shaft into the through-hole of the shaft connector, and pass through the through-holes of the
shaft connector of the timing pulley components on both sides. Enclose one end with a shaft collar, and do
not fasten it temporarily.
2. Enclose the protrusive D shaft with a shaft collar at the other end. The operation is a little difficult, so it
requires a team work. After that, tighten the headless screws.

Structural analysis

three for constructing the rotator and the base.

Construction process:
1. Assembly a quadrilateral bracket by placing two Beam0824-160 between two Beam0824-192, and then
install two Beam0824-064 in the inner middle of two Beam0824-192 with M4*14 screws. Install two
Beam0824-080 in the inner middle of two Beam0824-160 with M4*14 screws to make the base as shown
in the figure below.

2. Install an 8mm shaft clamping hub on the disc D72 with M4*14 screws, and align the axes of the
central round holes.
3. Insert the linear motion shaft D8*96mm into the shaft clamping hub, and fasten them with M4*14

Construction process:
1. Fasten the Beam0808-088 with M4*8 screws to the upper disc as shown in the figure below.
2. Install the motor bracket 37 on the encoder motor 25 with M3*8 cross recessed countersunk flat head
screws.

Construction process:
1. Install two brackets 3*3 with four M4*14 screws and M4 nuts at both ends of the Beam0824-320 as
shown in the figure below. Fasten the brackets on one side by two holes on the outside, and fasten the
brackets on the other side by diagonal holes. Make two such components.
2. Connect the two components made in the previous step to the two brackets 3*3 through a plate 3*6
with four M4*8 screws and M4 nuts. Pay attention to the installation sequence and screw hole positions.

4. Install the upper slider 496 under the middle of the two connecting plates 3*6 in the previous step. Pass
M4*8 screws through the connecting plates, and screw them into the threaded slots of the slider to make
the davit arm frame.

frame with two M4*14 screws. Ensure the threaded slots of the Beam0808 are placed outwards.

Construction process:
1. Connect the 4*56mm D shaft with the motor axle by coupling, and fasten M3*5 headless screws on the
coupling.
2. Put the timing pulley 18T on the D shaft. Screw the M3*5 headless screws until they contact with the D
shaft section. Fasten the timing pulley and the D shaft.

3. Fasten the bracket U1 to the other end of the davit arm with two M4*8 screws. Pay attention to the hole
position.
4. Insert the 4*56mm D shaft and the timing pulley 18T into the bracket, and fasten them with M3*5
headless screws. Insert two flange bearings 4*8*3 into the 4*56mm D shaft on both sides of the bracket.

5. Insert shaft collars 4mm on both sides of the D shaft, and tighten M3*5 headless screws.
6. Pass four M4*22 bolts through the plate 3*6, V-slot bearing and M4 nuts in turn to fasten them, and put
them into the slider 496.

7. Cover the plate 3*6 as shown in the figure below, and then fasten it with four M4 nuts.
8. Pass the open-end timing belt through the timing pulley 18T at both ends of the davit arm. Then pass
two ends of the timing belt through the belt connect plate and tighten the timing belt, and fasten it to the
plate 3*6 with M4*8 screws.
