‘Double Bishop Chess Challenge 2018’

The Chess Tournament will be ORGANIZED by Double Bishop Chess Club, WHICH held on
24th and 25th of November 2018. Hereby WE kindly invite students of your school to
participate in this event.

Starting Date & Time: - 24th Saturday at 07.30 a.m.

Venue: -Athugalpuara Prince College Hewapola Kurunegala.

Age Group: - Under -7/8/ 9/11/13/15

E.g.: -
Under 07 –Grade 1,2
Under 08 – Grade 3
Under 09 – Grade 4
Under 11 – Grade 5,6
Under 13 – Grade 7,8
Under 15 – Grade 9,10

Entry Fee: - An entry fee of Rs. 600/= will be Charged. (A late entry fee of Rs.200 will be
charged additionally for registrations after the closing date.)

Entries: - The entries, with the relevant event should reach or handed over to
Organizing committee before the closing date 23rd of November 2018.

Special Registration: - 23rd of June 2018 at 02.00 p.m. to 08.00 p.m. Athugalpuara Prince
College Hewapola Kurunegala.
Awards

 Winners will be awarded with Gold, Silver, Bronze medals and

certificates with Trophy’s

 10% of players will be awarded with the MERIT medals and Certificates

 All Participants will be awarded with Participation Certificates.

Special Notice -: Sunday 5th Round will be start at

12.00noon due to the Dharma School Grade Exams.
