2. The consultant will render following services to the client

 Consultant will manage Design, provide detail drawings for the building complete in all
respects.
 Consultant will supervise the building during construction.

4. Payment Items & payment Schedule

5. Extension of Time
Extension of time for completion of services and the terms and conditions thereof shall be
mutually agreed between the client and the consultant as and when required.
6. Obligation of the client.
The client shall take all necessary measures to make timely payment to the consultant as
stipulated in para 5, hereof.
