RE: TERMINATION OF SERVICES AND DISCONNECTION OF ACCOUNT

SIR/MADAM:

It is with great grief that to inform you that we have decided to terminate and
disconnect your internet services. We have always encountered severe, fluctuating,
intermittent and ultimately mediocre internet connection. The internet speed is slower
than our subscribed monthly plan and we never got the satisfaction of using your
services since we upgraded to your Fiber Plan. I am more than disappointed to say that
as a reputed telecom company, your services are repulsively poor than expected.

You ought to take more concrete steps to ensure that flawless services are
enjoyed by your consumers. We have resorted to all troubleshooting steps to resolve the
connection problems but to no avail. This is the focal reason why we have decided to
terminate your services and move to another provider.
