Pedestal Welders
The ProLine family of welders are designed for maximum
flexibility to match the needs of most resistance welding
applications.
STANDARD SERIES
The ProLine Size 1 Welder (pictured right) is a classic body
style with mounting space on either side of the welder for con-
trols, feeders and other accessories. Size 1 welders are available
with up to a 150 KVA transformer, in AC and MFDC configu-
rations. All Standard Series welders feature dual platen/horn
mounts.
The Size 1 is also avail-
able in a Dual-Head
Configuation sharing
a weld control and trans-
former for multi-stage operations with minimal floor space.
The Size 2 Welder is for resistance welding applications
that demand more. The standard Size 2 features a 6.25-inch
bore cylinder and a larger frame, capable of housing up to
300 KVA transformers, plus a throat depth up to
36 inches.
ADAPTIVE SERIES
Engineers designed the ProLine Adaptive
Series (pictured left) welder with two goals in
mind: Create a versatile, precision machine with
a small footprint to maximize efficiency.
The result was the perfect modu-
lar pedestal welder, with fast and easy re-
configuration, within a compact unit
that uses less than half the floor space of
competitive flexible welders. The Adaptive Se-
ries may be used with a dedicated pedestal
or as a Bench-Top unit.

SEKI Nut & Bolt Feeders

For where reliability matters
The SEKI Feeder family provides a variety of
solutions for feeding nuts and studs for projection
welding applications. The SEKI Air Rod Feeder
places nuts on the lower location pin, the Feedermate
places nuts onto an upper magnetic pin, and the Bolt

SEKI
Feeder aligns and sets studs.
The common compo-
nent between the three
systems is SEKI's Selec-
tor Unit (right), which
uses strong magnets and
a fine-tolerance selector gate — without constant
vibration — to send aligned nuts and bolts to the feed
head.

SEKI Selector Unit

The high-capacity hopper, able to hold 6,000 M6
square nuts is easy to access and requires no "tuning"
after the selector gate is set. The selector unit, driven
by a gear-drive motor, has a compact footprint of
10" x 19" x 42" (W x D x H).

Air Rod Feeder

The SEKI Air Rod Feeder uses
patented Jet Pin technology, not
electromagnetism, to carry the nut to
the pin. The result is a secure fastener,
whether the stroke length is 150 or 400
mm, regardless of the timing. The Air
Rod Feeder places — doesn’t throw —
the nut onto the pin, from horizontal
to nearly vertical angles.
The Air Rod Feeder is available
in 200-, 300- and 400-mm stroke
lengths, with longer strokes possible
in custom units.
The Air Rod Feeder is compati-
ble with the Nut Verification System
G-Series, a second layer of protection
against upside-down, missing and
out-of-specification nuts.

Pins for Projection Welding

BEST PIN™ CERAMIC-COATED WELD PINS

The Best Pin™ is the finest ceramic-coated weld pin on the market. The
insulative ceramic coating has a true metallurgical bond with the D2 steel
core — It won’t chip or flake like sprayed or dipped ceramic coated pins.
The Best Pin outlasts comparable anodized stainless steel and KCF coun-
terparts and eliminates the need for insulative sleeves within nut welding
electrodes.
At a fraction of the cost of pure ceramic pins, the Best Pin is extremely
cost-effective for short run custom batches as well as high-volume stocks.
