Subject: Founder’s Award Title and Application Submission

Referring to report made during Brigade Council Meeting (BCM), the Board of Senior Section would like
to inform that the following procedure for Founder’s Award application is in effect immediately.

Founder’s Award Max Age

The maximum age for Founder’s Award Applicant is 19 years old based on Calendar year. For example,
applicant born in the year of 1999 have an age of 19 years old, similar with an applicant born in the year
of 2001 have an age of 17 years old.

Founder’s Award Title Application

The applicant can send their intended title to founders.award@bbmalaysia.org following the format.
The applicant can expect a reply on their title approval not more than 3 months from the National
Founder’s Committee.

Founder’s Award Submission

As mentioned in the BCM, the committee operates on a quarterly basis to review and approve project
application and submission following these deadlines: 31 March, 30 June, 30 September, 31 December.
However, due to this short notice, the 30 June deadline for Application Submission will be extended
to 31 July for this year.

The company can email the softcopy of the submission beforehand whilst sending the hardcopy to BBM
Headquarters for official submission. The official date of submission is based on the date the hardcopy
is received in Headquarters. However, the softcopy allows the committee to be able to review the project
at a faster pace.
