DATA SHEET
1. In title of the motor instead of BRUSH EXCITATION shall be replaced with STATIC EXCITATION
2. In page-2/14 Model Name – BRUSH LESS EXCITATION shall be written instead of STATIC
EXCITATION.
3. Following parameters shall also be included in the DATA SHEET – VALUES AS PEN GA DRAWING
a. Starting Torque
b. Starting Current
c. Pull in Torque
d. Pull in Currnet
e. Pull out torque
4. In page 4/14 point No.-3 – Maximum Continuous Rating – 20900@FTEMP RAISE -- @ FTEMP
RAISE shall be removed.
5. In page 5/14 point No.-12-- Inertia constant was mentioned as 3.6 seconds. Which is actually a
constant and the value will be around 1 (Though in specification it is mentioned that it shall not
be greater than 1 – As more than 1 is healthy for the machine it will be accepted by APGENCO).
Hence the value shall be reviewed and furnished.
6. In page 5/14 point No.-17 – EPOXY RESIGN shall be corrected as EPOXY RESIN
7. In page 5/14 point No.-18 – As the machine is water cooled temperature raise shall be
expressed over the cooling water temperature of 35 degree centigrade. Hence same shall be
incorporated instead of “+45 degress ambient temperature” shall be replaced with +35degrees
cooling water temperature”.
8. In page 6/14 point No.-19 h - Number of parallel paths shall be furnished instead of stator bar
internal details.
9. In page 6/14 point No.-19 m Width of Air gap was given as 13mm where as in point NO-20 –g –
Air gap width was given as 14mm. Hence same shall be corrected as per actual value at both
locations.
10. In page 7/14 point No.-21e (i) – Quantity of cooling water required was mentioned, but it is not
clear whether the given quantity is per cooler or total quantity. Hence shall be clearly specified.
a. Similarly temperature of cooled air need not be mentioned (as the machine is water
cooled only water inlet temperature matters)
11. In page 8/14 point No.-23 (a) it is mentioned that “short circuit excitation current” as 266.5A –
which may be “Excitation current for FLC during short circuit test” – Hence shall be clearly
specified.
a. Similarly Full voltage load induction voltage – was mentioned as 25299V --- which may
be ceiling voltage and value may be 252.99 v- Same shall be reviewed and corrected.
b. Similarly Full voltage load induction current – was mentioned as 1197A --- which may be
ceiling Current. Same shall be reviewed and corrected.
c. Point – b shall be corrected as “200KVA, 3PH, 11KV/380V
d. Point – C it is mentioned as DC current requirement is 20A/220v DC - - seems to be on
higher side and hence shall be reviewed.
e. Point – d – shall be “Range of voltage setting – Auto “
f. For many points TBD was mentioned --- same shall be clarified. What is TBD . similarly
CCA0V shall also be explained.
12. In page 13/14 point No.-35 (b) for HP and SPEED of each motor – it is mentioned as
12MPa,5L/min. Same shall be HP rating and speed of the motor – Hence shall be updated
accordingly.
1. Rotor supports in the Maintenance bay will generally be supplied by the manufacturer. However
it is mentioned that it is customer scope. Hence shall be reviewed.
1. Runaway speed was mentioned as 675 rpm in GA drawing where as it is mentioned as 499 in
DATA SHEET. Hence shall be reviewed and corrected in either of one location.
2. Item Nos. 16 & 17 are not visible in the drawing. And hence shall be shown
3. Item No. 23 was named as lifting jack. Probably it is supporting jack. In diagram No. 23 was also
mentioned as 24. Same shall be corrected.
1. As jacking is also being done and shown in the drawing – drawing may be renamed as Braking
and Jacking diagram
1.INSTRUMENTS BEING PROVIDED FOR THE MOTOR, COOLING SYSTEM, BEARINGS ETC., SHALL BE
PROVIDED. WHICH GENERALLY CONSISTS OF FOLLOWING
d. Stator Air cooler inlet Air RTDs +DTT (Dial Type Thermometer with electrical contacts for
alarm and Trip)
3. co2 fire extinguisher system or not required certificate shall also be furnished.
5. Some where it shall be mentioned that Thrust Bearing is capable of taking total thrust of both
Motor and Pump in both static and dynamic conditions.
