I. COMPANY LOGO
All of the actions of the people in our company was done by the guiding
principles of VII, which stands for Values, Integrity and Innovation.
For our service, VII Construction Project Managers has a system and
approach used in managing projects which is divided into five process groups:
1. INITIATING PHASE.
Phase where high-level planning is done given the project
constraints (scope, time, cost, quality, risk, resources and
customer satisfaction)
2. PLANNING PHASE.
From initiating is to detailed planning, in which plans on how to
execute, monitor and control, and close the project are done.
3. EXECUTING PHASE
Process involving the project team completing works in
accordance to the plans made.
5. CLOSING PHASE
Where works in the project, including procurement, are
completed.
The breadth and depth of his experience in the industry, both local
and overseas, propelled VII to become the leading Construction
Project Manager in the country. Today, his enduring legacy remains to
be the driving force in VII’s continuing commitment to provide the

Dear Engr.
This is to inform you that the Contract for the Implementation of the Panay Ports Cluster Project
has been approved by the concerned authorities of the Department of Transportation and
Communications in the amount of Sixteen Million Three Hundred Seventy-Three Thousand
Seven Hundred Ninety-Five Pesos and Eighty Three Centavos (Php 16,373,795.83).
Accordingly, you are hereby directed to commence the work in accordance with the terms and
conditions as stipulated in the Contract, and that the date of commencement shall be no later
than seven (7) calendar days after your receipt of this letter.
The time of completion shall be One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days from either the date
occurring seven (7) calendar days after your receipt of this letter of your notified intended date
for commencement of work, whichever occurs sooner.
Your written acknowledgement of receipt and acceptance of the above together with your advice
on your intended date of commencement of the work are requested by return, through signature
of your authorized representative in the space indicated below.
