Human resource is most the important element among other elements used for
running a company. P.E.G is basically a newly developed organization which is
owned by some members and there are many other people that have been hired
by the company for this business and project.
THE MARKETING MANAGER:
Manage all the aspects of company’s service sales including profit, loss,
customer service and technical support
Support the development of new offering and upgrades
Develop proposals which meet customer requirements
Customer with global factories on services pricing strategies cost estimates and
quotations
Co-ordinate strategies with senior management globally and co-ordinate sales
effort with thcompany equipment sales force

At this time we know we are nothing. We are new entrant in the market and new
entrant is always at high risk. Our competitors are strong. Following are the
competitors:

The electricity we are providing is 3/rs per unit

Rates are less so that because we want poor and needy people to get access to
our product and services in future when our company will proceed towards
expansion.
RELATIONSHIP MANAGER:
He is the only one who take care about the need, wishes and dreams of
customers
He will not only offer or solve requests but also pro-actively offer ideas

INVESTMENT BY SHAREHOLDERS:
• We have 6 shareholders that will invest on this project. Every shareholder
will invest equally - The amount that will be invested by one shareholder
is 12, 80,000Rs
- After 18month we will be successful to get investment of our
shareholders back.
REVENUE ESTIMATION:
Electricity will be given to our customers on following rates of units
that they will consumer.
Its consumption of one house is 800 units per month then we will charge
it 20/Rs per unit so total amount of that house become 16000. This
amount will be get from 1house and we are targeting 500 houses of “Real
Heaven Colony” So, total revenue become 8000000/Rs monthly.
CONCLUSION:
• According to our conclusion this project will be beneficial for our
company and for our customer. It will be an innovating and reliable idea,
if this idea could be implemented in Pakistan, this can cause economic
stability in our country. Not only this, we can generate revenue by using
this technique on large scale. This house our garbage problem will be
resolved and we can get 24 hour electricity which is generated through
garbage. If Electricity will be cheaper, poor and needy people can also
utilize it.
