Police investigate a stabbing
in Tonbridge town centre Boy, 16, is
arrested for
possession
A boy, 16, was arrested at Tonbridge
railway station carrying a knife, the night
before a stabbing.
The teen was stopped after trying to
evade police officers last Friday.
He was found to be carrying a kitchen
knife and was later charged with
possession of a knife in a public place.
The teenager was bailed to appear
before Medway Magistrates’ Court on
April 30.

separate incident, where a man in his 20s
was stabbed near the Angel Walk
