It is no co-incidence that the same Nazi maggot Ahmadinejad who

sponsored a Holocaust Revisionist conference in Iran is threatening to
stage a 9/11 Revisionist conference, also in Iran. This indicates that there
is a close relationship between the two. The 9/11 revisionists say the
United States Government did it to go to war in Iraq and Afghanistan – that
it was another Reichstag fire. Or they say it was done to repress liberty in
America and pass the Patriot Act. But many of them do not believe this but
use it as a political tool to further their Jew-hating agenda. Ahmadinejad is
one of these maggots.

In order to believe that the US Government was involved you have to

believe that America is so evil that its leaders would sacrifice the lives of
those who actually constitute the base of their own power for some evil
ideological ends. America bomb its own military? Don't you think the
Criminal Investigations Division of the Army might be interested in
conducting its own investigation? Obama appointee Van Jones signed a
petition demanding not one but four investigations of the charge that the
Bush administration deliberately allowed Sept. 11, 2001 -- i.e., collaborated
in the worst massacre ever perpetrated on American soil. His signing this
petition betrayed the fact Jones was an extreme Jew-hating alt-Leftist who
was too smart to believe b.s. like a plane never hit the Pentagon. As you
will see from my checking into the backgrounds of the signatories some of
them, like the ones with Saudi connections, the Professors, the Jew haters,
the Israel haters, the Islamists, the racists, the eugenicists and the
libertarians who want to cut off aid to Israel are too smart to really believe
things like “internal demolition.” The 9/11 Revisionists who do not actually
believe in what they are saying are doing so in order to blame the attack on
the Jews.

Then there are zombies who actually believe 9/11 was something
other than what it was. These are the LaRouche followers, Farrakhan
followers, birthers and New Age cult leaders who are soft in the head. They
make FBI and CIA agents into Martians, instead of normal Americans who
want to watch the game and have a barbeque on Sunday. I presume they
blame 9/11 on the FBI or CIA but they very rarely come out and state this -
then they would have to name actual people involved and what their roles
were. Ahmadinejad made 9/11 Revisionism big news again with this
speech to the UN:

One can analyze the current governance of the world by

examining three events: First, the event of the 11 September
2001 which has affected the whole world for almost a decade.
All of a sudden, the news of the attack on the twin towers was
broadcast using numerous footages of the incident. Almost all
governments and known figures strongly condemned this
incident. But then a propaganda machine came into full force; it
was implied that the whole world was exposed to a huge
danger, namely terrorism, and that the only way to save the
world would be to deploy forces into Afghanistan. Eventually
Afghanistan, and shortly thereafter Iraq were occupied.

Please take note: It was said that some three thousand people
were killed on the 11 September for which we are all very
saddened. Yet, up until now, in Afghanistan and Iraq hundreds
of thousands of people have been killed, millions wounded and
displaced and the conflict is still going on and expanding. In
identifying those responsible for the attack, there were three
viewpoints.

1- That a very powerful and complex terrorist group, able to

successfully cross all layers of the American intelligence and
security, carried out the attack. This is the main viewpoint
advocated by American statesmen.

2- That some segments within the U.S. government

orchestrated the attack to reverse the declining American
economy and its grips on the Middle East in order also to save
the Zionist regime. The majority of the American people as well
as other nations and politicians agree with this view.

3- It was carried out by a terrorist group but the American

government supported and took advantage of the situation.
Apparently, this viewpoint has fewer proponents.

The main evidence linking the incident was a few passports

found in the huge volume of rubble and a video of an
individual whose place of domicile was unknown but it was
announced that he had been involved in oil deals with
some American officials. It was also covered up and said that
due to the explosion and fire no trace of the suicide attackers
was found. There remain, however, a few questions to be
answered:

1- Would it not have been sensible that first a thorough

investigation should have been conducted by independent
groups to conclusively identify the elements involved in the
attack and then map out a rational plan to take measures
against them?

2- Assuming the viewpoint of the American government, is it

rational to launch a classic war through widespread deployment
of troops that led to the death of hundreds of thousands of
people to counter a terrorist group?
 3- Was it not possible to act the way Iran countered the Riggi
terrorist group who killed and wounded 400 innocent people in
Iran. In the Iranian operation no innocent person was hurt.

It is proposed that the United Nations set up an independent

fact-finding group for the event of the II September so that in
the future expressing views about it is not forbidden. I wish to
announce here that next year the Islamic Republic of Iran will
host a conference to study terrorism and the means to confront
it. I invite officials, scholars, thinkers, researchers and research
institutes of all countries to attend this conference.

The Hitler of Iran refers to “a video of an individual whose place of

Sunday, and officials used the opportunity to repeat allegations
that Iran’s enemies, led by the United States, are supporting
terrorism against the Islamic republic. Jundullah (“soldiers of
Allah”) leader Abdolmalek Rigi was hanged at Tehran’s
notorious Evin prison, after being convicted by the Islamic
Revolution Court of being a mohareb, or “enemy of Allah.”

Alliance for 9/11 Truth that he was skeptical about what he termed the
"official version" of what had occurred on September 11, 2001. Said Falk:
"It is possibly true that especially the neoconservatives thought there was a
situation in the country and in the world where something had to happen to

international law" by "knowingly providing the military equipment including

In April 2010, Falk said he was "impressed by the Hamas effort to negotiate a
ceasefire with Israel from the time of its election in January 2006, and its
consistent effort to reestablish a ceasefire, including one for a long duration."
He condemned "the refusal of Israel to take advantage of such diplomatic
opportunities, and its insistence on treating Hamas as a terrorist organization
with whom no negotiations can occur." "It was a mistake from the outset,"
Falkadded, "not to take Hamas at their word as turning away from violence
and toward political action. When initially elected Hamas established a one-
year ceasefire unilaterally, which they kept despite a series of Israeli
provocations, including the assassination of Hamas leaders by missile
attack.... Hamas has basically displayed a willingness to establish a ceasefire,
including one of long duration, along its border with Israel.... To attach the
label ‘terrorist organization’ is to signal an unwillingness to substitute
diplomacy for violence and a refusal to lift the cruel and criminal siege that is
now causing such damage to the physical and mental health of the entire
civilian population of Gaza."

 I went to Windows on the World at the World Trade Center at least
once a month both before and after the 1993 Gamma Al-Islamaya

The National Enquirer would pay a fortune for this story as it would if one of
these U.S. Government generic agents began to feel remorse for the 2,000
people he had incinerated and he came forth with his story. There is no
eyewitness testimony, no government documents, nothing but speculation,
“Oh the jet fuel wasn’t hot enough to melt the girders.” Suddenly we have a
metallurgist.

THE GORELICK MEMORANDUM

Once we got this nonsense out of the way let’s go on to the real issue
of unwitting complicity of the U.S. Government in 9/11. Evidence suggests
Justice Department would not let the FBI do its job because it had been
infiltrated by an agent of influence of the Saudis who ham-strung the FBI.
Deputy Attorney General Jamie Gorelick did not know that the protection
she afforded to Saudi Wahabists would result in 9/11.

[March 1995] The United States Attorney's Office for the

Southern District of New York and the FBI have been
conducting criminal investigations of certain terrorist acts,
including the bombing of the World Trade Center, and potential
obstruction of the indicted case of United States v. Rahman, et
al. During the course of those investigations significant
counterintelligence information has been developed related to
the activities and plans of agents of foreign powers operating in
this country and overseas, including previously unknown
connections between separate terrorist groups [al-Qaeda].
Although information and evidence relevant to possible future
criminal prosecutions is still being sought, it has become
overwhelmingly apparent that there is a compelling need to
further develop and expand that foreign counterintelligence
 information. Consequently, the FBI has initiated a separate full
field counterintelligence investigation.
This makes it seem as if as a result of Islamist activities, the FBI has
gained knowledge of the infrastructure established in America and its
connection to Al-Qaeda in Afghanistan and is determined to root out
Islamist cells, and the Justice Department is on board, gung-ho and ready
to act.
Although the counterintelligence investigation may result in the
incidental collection of information relevant to possible future
criminal prosecutions, the primary purpose of the
counterintelligence investigation will be to collect foreign
counter-intelligence information. Because the counter-
intelligence investigation will involve the use of surveillance
techniques authorized under the Foreign Intelligence
Surveillance Act (FISA) against targets that, in some instances,
had been subject to surveillance under Title III, [Criminal
Wiretap Statutes] and because it will involve some of the same
sources and targets as the criminal investigation, we believe
that it is prudent to establish a set of instructions that will clearly
separate the counterintelligence investigation from the more
limited, but continued, criminal investigations. These go beyond
what is legally required, and will prevent any risk of creating an
unwarranted appearance that FISA is being used to avoid
procedural safeguards which would apply in a criminal
investigation.
Where was the problem? Who made the charge that the power of the
Intelligence Community was being misused? If anything by American
standards, it was not used enough in the case of the first World Trade
Center Event. The phrase beyond what is legally required has been
repeated over and over again to show that the FBI hands were tied by
Democrats who controlled the Justice Department.

(1) The focus of the Foreign Counterintelligence (FCI)

investigation will be on preventing future terrorist acts and
obtaining foreign counterintelligence information about the
individuals and groups engaging in, or preparing to engage in,
terrorist activities in the United States and abroad.
 (2) The criminal investigations will focus on the indicted cases
of United States v. Ramzi Yousef. et al. and United States v.
Rahman, et al., and the potential obstruction of the Rahman
case. The criminal investigations will also focus on the
conspiracy to bomb United States airlines recently uncovered in
the Philippines and the bombing of a Philippine airliner.

(3) No "pro-active" investigative efforts or technical coverage’s

are presently contemplated in any of the ongoing criminal
investigations, which primarily focus on past criminal conduct,
with the exception of the obstruction investigation.

A list of Rahman’s unindicted co-conspirators would not be acted upon and

the policy of the Justice Department would be, “Let sleeper Islamists lie.”
The Justice Department never revealed any details about the potential
obstruction of the Rahman case.

If in the future, the criminal investigations develop information

requiring "pro-active" efforts or technical coverages, the United
States Attorney’s Office (USAO) and the criminal agents will
consult with the Office of Intelligence Policy and Review
(OIPR), and the Foreign Counter-Intelligence agents before
undertaking such efforts, absent exigent circumstances, in
order to determine the impact, if any, on the Foreign Counter-
Intelligence investigation.

The FBI had to get permission from the Office of Intelligence Policy and
Review and from the Foreign Counter-Intelligence agents before starting a
so-call “Criminal Terrorist” investigation, as if monitoring our infrastructure
was more important that stopping Islamist activities.

(4) The subjects, who are presently under pen register

surveillance in the criminal Investigation, will be investigated as
Foreign Counter-Intelligence subjects under the foreign
counterintelligence investigation guidelines using all available
techniques, including FISA, without any direction or control by
the USAO, Southern District of New York or the Criminal
Division, Department of Justice. The current pen registers will
 be discontinued before any FISA-authorized surveillances are
initiated.

The members of the Brooklyn-Jersey City cell, whose incoming and

outgoing calls are being recorded as far as their destination and origin, but
whose phones are not tapped, will no longer be investigated as criminals
and are no longer of interest to the Southern District of New York or the
Criminal Division, Department of Justice, so phone numbers connected to
them will no longer be recorded.

(5) (Redacted) FBI memoranda and investigative reports,

including 302's from (redacted) will be prepared as follows: all
information relating to the aforementioned indicted cases and
investigations, including the obstruction case will be segregated
into separate reports which will be provided to the United States
Attorney’s Office, Office of Intelligence Policy and Review, and
the Criminal Division. All foreign counterintelligence information
(including all foreign counterintelligence relating to future
terrorist activities) will be in classified reports which will be
provided to Office of Intelligence Policy and Review, but will not
be provided either to the criminal agents, the United States
Attorney’s Office, or the Criminal Division, without Federal
Bureau of Investigation Headquarters and Office of Intelligence
Policy and Review concurrence. The FBI agent [Anticev]
responsible for handling the (redacted) will remain involved in
the on-going trial of United States v. Rahman, but will otherwise
be assigned to the foreign counterintelligence investigation and
report to foreign counterintelligence supervisors.

(6) Foreign counterintelligence collected during the course of

the foreign counterintelligence investigation will be
disseminated pursuant to FBI guidelines and FISA. If, in the
case of the foreign counterintelligence investigation, facts or
circumstances are developed that reasonably indicate that a
significant federal crime has been, is being, or may be
committed, the FBI and Office of Intelligence Policy and Review
are each independently responsible for notifying the United
States Attorney’s Office and the Criminal Division. Notice shall
include the facts and circumstances developed during the PCI
[Potential Criminal Information] investigation that supplied the
 indication of significant federal criminal activity, whether or
not such activity relates to the indicted cases or criminal
investigations referred to in subparagraph (2) above.

It seemed as if the Justice Department is getting very picky about

“terrorists” and are only interested in those who took part in the Rahman
Bridge and Tunnel Event or the First WTC Strike. Why is the Office of
Intelligence Policy involved? Perhaps to placate Saudi and Arab street
interests?

An Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) from the

Southern District of New York who has knowledge of, but no
active involvement in, the on-going criminal investigations, will
continue to be assigned to work with Office of Intelligence
Policy and Review and the Foreign Counterintelligence agents
to review such foreign intelligence information to ensure that
evidence that might be exculpatory to any defendants currently
under indictment is promptly considered for dissemination to
criminal investigative personnel, the United States Attorney’s
Office, and the Criminal Division. This Assistant United States
Attorney will also serve to ensure, in conjunction with the FBI
and Office of Intelligence Policy and Review, that information
which reasonably indicates that a significant federal crime has
been, is being, or may be committed is appropriately
disseminated to criminal investigative personnel, the United
States Attorney’s Office, and the Criminal Division pursuant to
the procedures set forth above. That Assistant United States
Attorney will continue to be "walled off" from participation in the
on-going criminal investigations and cases and will continue to
abide by all FISA dissemination provisions and guidelines.1

This was on many agents’ minds, the blurry line between intelligence
and criminal intelligence a distinction unknown to the Islamists as for al-
Qaeda it is a distinction between planning to make a bomb and making
one. In the course of a very superficial investigation of Shaheeds Khalid al-
Midhar and Nawaf al-Hazmi on September 10, 2001 FBI Agent Robert
Fuller, new to counter-Islamism noted, “The following contains information
(deleted). This information is not cleared for review by agents working

obtained before forwarding this information to any agent working Usama

In 1996 Clinton considered Gorelick for the job of DCIA. Gorelick left
the Justice Department in January 1997 and in 2002 she became a
member of the Schlumberger Board of Directors, an oil field machinery firm
with close financial connections to the Saudis. This was her reward for
unwittingly tying the hands of the FBI so a variation on Wahabist Islam
could strike.

Gorelick served as Vice Chairman of the scandal-ridden Federal

National Mortgage Association (FannieMae) from 1997 to 2003 where she
legally received millions in dollars in stock options.3 Gorelick was vice-chair
of Fannie Mae from 1997 to 2003. Like all the others, she left with millions
in her pocket while declaring that Fannie Mae 'is among the handful of top-
quality institutions.' The next year it was found that Fannie was $9 billion
dollars in the red. Oddly, this $9 billion had been overlooked in the books
Gorelick kept. Let's put Gorelick on the stand. The American people
deserve to hear how much they gave lobbyists to pass on to their friends in
Congress to keep the blinders on. That number is a staggering $16.2
million dollars since 1997. That amount bought very large blinders. And, it
bought time. It bought time for the likes of Gorelick to make her millions and
bow out before the bottom fell out.

 Since she was responsible for quashing an investigation that might
have prevented the September 11th Raids she was appointed to the Blue
Ribbon 9/11 Commission so that she could cover-up her political party’s
culpability. In July 2003 Gorelick became a partner in Wilmer Cutler
Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP, an international law firm with close
connections to the Democratic Party. Gorelick's firm agreed to represent
Saudi Prince Mohammed al-Faisal in the suit by the 9/11 families. The
families contend that al-Faisal has legal responsibility for the 9/11 attacks.
The Saudi financial agency, Dar al-Maal al-Islami, DMI is the legal client of
Jamie Gorelick's high-powered Democratic law firm, Wilmer Cutler
Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP.

Gorelick was on the short list for Obama’s choice for Attorney
General, where she would have further Saudi interests. Not only was
Gorelick connected to the disaster of 9/11 she was also the attorney who
tried to get BP off the hook after the Gulf Oil Spill of 2010, the largest of its
kind ever.

In June 2007 BP BRITISH PETROLEUM hired Jamie Gorelick,

a former official in the administration of President Bill Clinton,
as an adviser to help the company with inquiries from U.S.
lawmakers, U.S. Senate records show. BP, Europe’s second-
largest oil company, retained Gorelick, a U.S. deputy attorney
general from 1994 to 1997, to help it draft a “response to the
House Energy and Commerce Committee inquiry,’’ a lobbying
registration form on the Web site of the Senate’s Office of
Public Records showed. A subcommittee of the Energy and
Commerce Committee has quizzed Robert Malone, the head of
BP’s U.S. unit, about last year’s oil spills at Alaska’s Prudhoe
Bay oil field. The leaks, caused by corrosion, temporarily led to
the partial shutdown of the biggest oil field in the U.S., sending
oil prices higher. Gorelick is helping BP to “respond effectively
to members of Congress who have concerns about aspects of
our business,’’ BP spokesman Ronnie Chappell said today in a
phone interview, declining to be more specific.

Facing multiple investigations, including one from the U.S. attorney

general, companies involved in the Gulf of Mexico oil spill have secured
legal teams with deep Department of Justice and White House ties. Oil
giant BP PLC recruited Wilmer Hale, an international firm with 1,000
attorneys. Partner Jamie Gorelick in Washington, D.C., will lead the effort.
Thanks to Gorelick BP "fended off demands to pay for restoration of the
Gulf coast beyond its prespill conditions." And here's how things went when
the administration tried to get BP to pay for oil workers who are currently
jobless because of Obama's six-month deepwater drilling moratorium:

lawyers Jamie Gorelick] told White House negotiators their
legal position mandating BP's assistance to displaced workers
was weak. White House officials conceded such workers may
not be able to qualify for direct assistance under the $20 billion
fund, a White House official in the room said.

A BP negotiator said the White House position was "half-hearted" and its
negotiators quickly gave up.

In 1995 the United States Department of Justice issued a blacklist of

over one hundred and seventy “co-conspirators” in the Trade Center
bombing4 but thanks to the Gorelick Memo there was no pro-active

Lased (left) was arrested in Germany a major part of the
evidence came from wiretaps made by Italian police in
Milan during which Heni Lased and his associates
discussed “a suffocating liquid that kills people efficiently.”
Heni Lased wanted to “die a Shaheed”, while using poison
gas to suffocate worshippers in the Cathedral of Notre Dame in Paris. The

Center's key financial supporter, Ahmed Idris Nasreddin, a wealthy
businessman and Kuwait's former honorary consul in Milan, was a Director
of Al Taqwa Trust. The United States Treasury Department knew for many
years that Al Taqwa has long acted as a financial adviser to Usama bin
Laden. But only after the September 11th Victory of Allah, did Bush the
Younger publicly say: “Al Taqwa is an association of offshore banks and
financial management firms that have helped al-Qaeda shift money around
the world.” If the Jewish liberal Jamie Gorelick had not issued the 1996
memo quashing any pro-active investigation of Gama’a al-Islamiyya’s
Brooklyn / Jersey City cell the FBI’s Usama bin Laden Squad might have
been formed much earlier in the game and our plans thwarted. The

Waleed Abouel Nour was on the Rahman

Unindicted Co-Conspirator List. Waleed Nour
and Egyptian Mohamed el-Atriss were
incorporators, registered agents and directors
of Sphinx Trading Company located at 2828
Kennedy Boulevard in Jersey City that was
founded in 1987. Sphinx Trading provided
check cashing, mailbox services and
international wiring services for the Gama’a
al-Islamiyya’s Brooklyn / Jersey City cell. Brother Nosair had a mailbox
there. Bridge and Tunnel terrorist Siddig Ali Siddig’s translation service was
located at Box 161 28236 Kennedy Boulevard. El-Atriss claimed he met
Nour while both were cab drivers in Newark, New Jersey and not through
an Islamist network. Sphinx Trading was next door to the Afghan Refugee
Services Center, a front group for Gama’a al-Islamiyya’s Brooklyn / Jersey
City cell and the Al-Salaam Mosque, where Sheik Rahman preached.
These outposts of Islamism were both located at 2824 Kennedy Boulevard.

Mohamed el-Atriss also ran a fake-document mill

called All Services Plus on Paterson, New
Jersey's Market Street that sold false
identification papers to illegal immigrants and
false international drivers licenses. El-Atriss
provided September 11th Shaheeds Abdulaziz
Alomari Khalid al-Midhar with some bogus
identification. The FBI believed he did so unwittingly. Maybe he did but the
terrorists went to Paterson for a specific reason, namely because they were
aware of el-Atriss’ connection to what was left of the Gama’a al-Islamiyya’s
Brooklyn / Jersey City.

When New Jersey authorities raided Mohamed al-Atriss’ operation in

July 2001 he fled to Egypt but returned to the United States August 20,
2001 and was released on bail and went back in business. When the
Paterson Police learned that documents from All Services Plus, El-Atriss'
company, were uncovered at an apartment where some of the September

11th Shaheeds lived, the local police obtained search warrants for his al-
Atriss’ home and business. He initially denied selling to the hijackers, but
when further confronted apparently agreed after a download of the names
of the September 11th Shaheeds was found in his office with the names he
sold the ID to under-lined. Detective Ernst was a major witness against al-
Atriss:

We initially started to investigate Sphinx Trading

Company as a potential money laundering operation. We
identified ties to Middle Eastern countries, specifically Egypt
and Saudi Arabia. We were asked to not pursue the
investigation any further by a specific federal agency, who
indicated to us that they had interest in that as well. We began
to investigate -- we did a check through the Federal HIDTA
System, which is a drug enforcement agency, intelligence
system. They work with an intelligence gathering system called
the EPIC System, which is the El Paso Information Center that
provides intelligence to federal authorities. Through the EPIC
System they classify, they being the FBI and U.S. Customs in a
joint task force, have classified Waleed Abouel Nour, as a
terrorist. When I specifically asked the FBI Joint Terrorism Task
Force to confirm that, they indicated to me that they would have
to get back to me on that. And it's been several months and I
haven't heard. But the initial indication from the EPIC System
was that the FBI classified his partner in this incorporation as a
terrorist. Mr. El-Atriss is listed on the bank records as the
principal of the company. Also of interest, the location Sphinx
Trading Company, 2828 Kennedy Boulevard is also red flagged
by the FBI as a known location that was involved in the first
bombing of the World Trade Center with the Blind Sheik
Rahman. He had received mail at that location. And it was also
indicated to me by the FBI that several of the hijackers involved
in the September 11th Events also had mailboxes at that
location.

After this raid, the FBI questioned El-Atriss on September 19, 2001.
On November 19, 2002 a secret bail hearing was conducted to consider
evidence against el-Atriss in order to determine if his bail should be raised
or revoked. The hearing excluded the suspect and his lawyer because of
National Security concerns. After this hearing Superior Court Judge Marilyn
Clark doubled his bail to $500,000 after finding out that there was
substantial evidence that el-Atriss was connected to the Sphinx check
cashing company with large amounts of cash flowing through it, and could
conceivably use this money to finance life as a fugitive. At least that was
what she wrote in her ruling. Her real reason for raising the bail was Nour.
In February 2002 Mohamed el-Atriss pleaded guilty to one count of selling
simulated documents and was released from jail on $50,000 bail pending
sentencing. Originally el-Atriss had been charged with racketeering and a
number of counts of selling false documents. El-Atriss had spent six
months in prison then had received only three years probation.

On July 7, 1999, Mustafa Elnore, another terrorist whose name

appeared on the Rahman Unindicted Co-Conspirator List, was arrested on
charges of lying before a federal grand jury investigating the 1993 World
Trade Center bombing, the 1990 assassination of Kahane, and related
violent activities in the United States. A ten-count indictment charged
Mustafa Elnore with providing false testimony concerning his attendance at
firearms training and participation in bomb making activities while a
member of the Al-Salaam Mosque.7 The FBI believed Elnore was a link
between Sheikh Rahman and Usama bin Laden.8 It took almost five years,
and two explosions in East Africa, for the FBI to arrest Mustafa Elnore, who
was also an unindicted co-conspirator in the Embassy bombings.9

Others on the Rahman Unindicted Co-Conspirator List were arrested

quicker. Abu Obaida Rouas was taken into custody on February 22, 1995.
Even though he was dead, Sheik Abdallah Azzam was on the Rahman
Unindicted Co-Conspirator List. We believe that [Sami] Hosni Ahmed was
arrested then killed in his homeland of Egypt because he appeared on this
Rahman Unindicted Co-Conspirator List.10

Imam Dawud Adib, who worked for the New Jersey Department of
Correction as a chaplain at Northern State Prison was on the Rahman
Unindicted Co-Conspirator List 11 as was Imam Sirraj Wahhaj (also spelled
Siraj Wahhaj) of the Al-Taqwah Mosque. In 1991 Wahhaj, a CAIR advisor

recited an invocation (opening prayer) in front of the United States House
of Representatives. He was the first Muslim to do so. Imam Siraj Wahhaj is
one of the most revered Muslim leaders in America. Imam Wahhaj had met
often with Mayor Dinkins of New York City. He has not been co-opted and
not only calls for replacing the evil U.S. government with a caliphate, but
served as a character witness for Sheik Abdel Rahman and Hampton-El at
their landmark trial, and also testified for the defense at the African
Embassy bombing trial.12 Members of the Al-Taqwah Mosque provided
security for the Brothers during the trial of Nosair. Wahhaj:

The Al-Taqwah Mosque is an inner city, it’s in

Bedford-Sty. A few years ago it was surrounded by 15 crack
houses, but we were fortunate enough working
with the authorities to get rid of those drug
houses, so now it’s a residential business
area. I graduated from the High School of
Music And Art, seems like a thousand years
ago. I went to New York University where I
studied math education. In 1978 I went to a
training program at the University of Saudi
Arabia in Mecca, studied Islamic studies. I’ve been the Imam of
this particular Masjid since 1980. In 1987 Louis Farrakhan
made some statements that were considered to be very
negative to the Jewish community. The Jewish community was
very angry and threatened to blow up any building that this
particular minister was speaking at. Nobody talked about
freedom of speech at that particular time. I don’t see the press
saying that Salman Rushdie offends Muslims, or that he made
some very profound (sic) statements against the religion of
Islam, against the prophets.”13

Imam Sirraj Wahhaj is the Vice president of the Islamic Society of

North America. The Islamic Society of North America is linked to
Leesburg’s Graduate School of Islamic and Social Sciences that trains
Muslim clerics, including those who will serve in the U.S. military.14 At least

nine of the 14 chaplains in the U.S. military received their religious training
from this institution. The Graduate School of Islamic and Social Sciences
was founded by Taha Jabir Al-Awani and is its president. Taha Jabir Al-
Awani is also president of the Fiqh Council of North America. The Fiqh
Council of North America evolved from Religious Affairs Committee of
Islamic Society of North America after the founding of the Islamic Society of
North America in 1980. Muzzies are one entity under the aegis of Islam.
Taha Jabir Al-Awani was an unindicted co-conspirator of Professor Sami
Amin Al-Arian.15 A letter dated November 6, 1992, from Taha Jabir Al-
Awani that was seized by the FBI, made reference to the following
terrorists:

1. Sami Al-Arian, head of the Iranian-backed Palestinian Islamic Jihad in

America.

2. Dr. Khalil Shiqaqi, a prominent Palestinian sociologist with a degree from

Columbia University and co-founder of Al-Arian’s World and Islam Studies
Enterprise (WISE), a front for Palestinian Islamic Jihad.

3. Bashir Musa Mohammed Nafi, a leading member of

Palestinian Islamic Jihad responsible for much of its
ideology. Nafi was close with Syrian Brothers and served
as a communication link to them, however, he was
deported from the United States to England in 1996. Nafi
became a professor of Islamic studies at Birkbeck,
University of London, and was finally accused by America
in February 2003 of being a leader of Islamic Jihad. The U.S. has charged
Nafi with racketeering, however the status of the proceedings remains
unclear.

4. Ramadan Abdullah Shallah a resident of Damascus, Syria, and

Secretary General of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad since October 1995 and
a member of Palestinian Islamic Jihad's Shura Council.

5. Abd Al Aziz Awda, who is a founder and spiritual leader of Palestinian

Islamic Jihad.16

 Taha Jabir Al-Awani wrote that these scholars were an extension of
his group and promised to send the remainder of the money he had
previously pledged to Palestinian Islamic Jihad. Taha Jabir Al-Awani
instructed Dr. Sami Al-Arian that he could use the money regardless of the
party or the façade for which the money was designated.

The Graduate School of Islamic and Social Sciences, a truly

prestigious institution, issued this fatwa in conjunction with the Fiqh Council
of North America regarding Muslim service in the American military: “We
abide by every law of this country except those laws that are contradictory
to Islamic law...”17 but deserves only partial credit for this fatwa: It was co-
authored by Mohammad Al-Hanooti,18 another of Sheik Rahman’s
unindicted co-conspirators, and a member of the Fiqh Council of North
America. In July 2002 the FBI leaked a document to the press that called
Al-Hanooti a big supporter of Hamas who raised more than $6 million for
the group. The document reported Al-Hanooti took part in a three-day
meeting in 1993 designed to devise ways to defeat the Oslo Accords. The
FBI bugged the meeting but, of course, it was afraid to act. “It was
mentioned that the United States provided them with a secure, legal base
from which to operate,” the FBI report stated. Al-Hanooti is now the Imam
of the Islamic Center of the Capital District near Albany.19

Federal Agents raided both the Fiqh Council of North America and
the Graduate School of Islamic and Social Sciences claiming they were
searching for evidence of money laundering and tax evasion as well as
possible ties to a worldwide private financial empire that Western
governments have long suspected of funding our activities.20 This was part
of Operation Green Quest.

 Bilal Philips converted thousands of American soldiers to Islam since
the 1991 Gulf war. Philips was himself a convert to Islam who was once a
member of the Jamaican Communist Party and whose name appeared on
the Rahman Unindicted Co-Conspirator List.21 As evidenced from this tape
made by the FBI, Phillips was a conduit for funds that were given to the
Brothers by the Saudis. FBI informer Emad Salem asked Siddig Ali Siddig
about Mustafa Shalabi’s funding:

Siddig: No, no the money was at hand, it came from there.

Salem: From Saudi Arabia.

Siddig: It was too much money. Although, the money was available, he
took from the poor Brothers.

Salem: Is that means, that Saudi Arabia gave the money to this man
directly or give it to you?

Siddig: Originally, there is certain service, Saudi Arabic, is not the

government. Brothers.

Salem: Such as the system of....

Siddig: No, I don't know who are they. Brothers, like that. They have money
in Saudi Arabia.

Salem: Okay, with the blessing.

Siddig: Thank Allah. That means, the government has no idea. The
government will be scared from such thing. So he collects the money and
make the Council, the American Brothers there in Saudi Arabia. One of
them, whatever his name is, (IA) a very good Brother, Allah bless him. He
is a scholar from Saudi Arabia. He speaks Arabic very well. (IA) his name is
Bilal Philips.

Siddig: Yes. Also some of the Brothers whom they are well known. So
these people meet in Saudi Arabia and they are studying there. They are
staying there, they met and collect this money, and they established their
council. They chose Abdel Rashid to be in charge of the camp, to help the

The FBI stated the Graduate School of Islamic and Social Sciences
was the major funder of Sami Al-Arian’s University of the South Florida-
affiliated think tank, WISE, which was shut down after the FBI confiscated
its files in 1995. WISE was a front for Palestinian Islamic Jihad.

Amin Awad who counseled inmates in the city’s Rikers Island jail was
on the Rahman Unindicted Co-Conspirator List. Awad was forbidden to
have contact with inmates and was reassigned to administrative duties.23
Amin Awad was also the President of the Board of Trustees at Al-Farooq
Mosque in Brooklyn. In 1988 Sheikh Abdullah Azzam addressed a
conference at the al-Farooq mosque, exhorting the faithful to carry out holy
war wherever they are. Sheik Omar Abdel Rahman served as Imam at the
al-Farooq Mosque for two months in 1990. After this the Al-Farooq Mosque
was linked to Gama’a al-Islamiyya’s Brooklyn / Jersey City cell but it did not
matter as the Clinton Justice Department quashed any pro-active
investigation of Islamists as it might have interfered with the Oslo Peace
Accords.

Terrorists continued to raise money at the al-Farooq24 –

millions of dollars – and some of the money reached the
charities of Sheikh Muhammad Ali Hassan al-Moayad who
had held a position in Yemen’s Ministry of Religious Affairs
and was the Iman at the Al-Ihsan Mosque in Sanaa, Yemen.
The Sheikh’s charitable foundations did not just exist on
paper - they fed six thousand needy Yemenite families each day as Sheikh
al-Moayad had established a non-profit bakery to give bread to the poor
instead of giving them money, which could be used for qat.25 He gave
money to widows. During Eids, he gave the orphans clothes. In the winter

he gave blankets to the poor. Once a family came back from Saudi Arabia
and he paid the rent on their apartment two years in advance. Furthermore,
he paid all of their living expenses. There was only one qualification to
receive the Sheik’s largesse: you had to be a card-carrying member of the
Islamist Reform Party26 or Yemeni Islah Party (YIP) not be confused with
the Youth International Party.

Iman Abdul Wali was on the Rahman Unindicted Co-Conspirator List.

Wali preached at the Al-Farooq Mosque. In 1987 a FBI spy observed
weapons at this mosque, however no wiretap was put on the phone by the
Justice Department because of the terrorists work in Afghanistan. The
excuse that was used was “there was no evidence of a criminal
conspiracy.”27 It was a miracle that the FBI did not investigate the Al-
Farooq sooner, with so many terrorists linked to it.

Imam Fawaz Damra, spiritual leader of the Islamic

Center of Cleveland was on the Rahman Unindicted
Co-Conspirator List. Fawaz Damra was one of the
speakers at an International Committee for Palestine
meeting, and a regular guest at International
Committee for Palestine’s conferences, stated that
International Committee for Palestine is “the active arm of the Palestinian
Islamic Jihad, and we like to call it the International Committee for Palestine
here for security reasons.” Damara stated, “Terrorism and terrorism alone
is the way to liberation.” Sharing the podium with Professor Sami Al-Arian,
he also called for “directing all the rifles at the first and last enemy of the
Islamic nation and that is the sons of monkeys and pigs, the Jews.” Sami
Al-Arian told the audience, “Jihad is our path. Victory to Islam! Death to
Israel.”28 On December 16, 2003 Imam Damra was indicted by a federal
Grand Jury in Ohio for failing to disclose his membership in the Al-Kifah
Refugee Center, Palestinian Islamic Jihad and the Islamic Committee for
Palestine.29 The mosque leaders of the Islamic Center of Cleveland wanted
Damra ordered to cease all spiritual duties. In June 2004 Damra was
convicted for lying about his connections and commitment to Islamism and
was convicted and sentenced to two months in prison – he could have
gotten five years. Michael Dahan, a professor of political science at Hebrew

University in Jerusalem was a defense witness for the Imam. Dahan was to
testitify that “As unquestionably hate-filled and thus morally reprehensible
as such language is, when Palestinians refer to Jews as ‘descended from
apes and swine,’ or encourage support for those who ‘kill Jews,’ they do so
with the reasonably justifiable self-image of victim and persecuted, not of
victimizer and persecutor. The statements Fawaz Damra made on the
tapes were examples of political rhetoric frequently used by Palestinians
during that time period." Damra was found guilty in the US of lying about
his past on his US immigration form, and hiding his links to jihadi
organizations. Other charges and allegations brought against Damra
included a link to Osama Bin Laden, a counterfeiting operation at mosque
he led in Brooklyn (the FBI showed Damra printed currency inside his own
mosque, but the details are classified) working with Sami al-Arian to raise
money for Palestinian Islamic Jihad, money laundering, funding families of
suicide bombers, and obstructing an FBI investigation, and associating with
El Sayyid Nosair. Damra was released from prison then arrested the next
day in front of his home to face deportation charges. He immigrated to
Palestine where the PA granted him asylum30 after having been arrested by
the Israelis.

Mohammed Hassan Abdou was on the Rahman

Unindicted Co-Conspirator List. In 1999 Abdou was
charged by the United States Department of Justice
with having obtained a false passport under the name
of Edward K. McCants. On June 8, 2001 Abdou was
allowed to visit Saudi Arabia. Abdou’s attorney wrote:
“The Government has given careful consideration of
this request before agreeing. My client is aware of the potential danger to
his safety under the present climate but he feels that it will be safe…It is
respectfully requested that this be kept under seal.” Judge Loretta Preska
wrote: “Travel approved so long as Abdou provides itinerary. This shall be
filed under seal.”31

Kahlid Ibrahim was on the Rahman Unindicted Co-Conspirator List. In

1998 Ibrahim was charged in New York and New Jersey with “having
made, forged, altered or counterfeited an oath, affidavit required of aliens to
wit submitted an affidavit falsely claiming he had known Mohammad
Salameh to be living in the United States since in and about 1981 when in

truth and fact Kahlid Ibrahim never met Mohammad Salameh until in or
about 1989. The New York case was dismissed on the grounds of double
jeopardy. AUSA Charles McKenna handled the New Jersey case.32 Ibrahim
was sentenced to three years’ probation and paid a five hundred dollar
fine.33

Moustafa Abdalmot Elaebrak was on the Rahman Unindicted Co-

Conspirator List. He was sent to federal prison and fined $50 for reasons
that were sealed for having declared under oath that he lived in the United
States since 1981 when in reality he lived in Egypt since 1989. Elaebrak
was released in January 1998.34

Said Mansour was on the Unindicted Co-conspirator list. In August

2005 Danish police made Mansour, 45, a Moroccan-born Danish citizen,
the first person ever charged under an anti-terrorism law enacted in 2002
that forbids instigation of terrorism or offering advice to terrorists. Mansour
was charged for distributing CDs that contained inflammatory jihadi
speeches and gruesome images. Monsour had been close friends with
Sheik Omar Abdel Rahman.35

Ahmad Sattar was on this Rahman Unindicted Co-Conspirator List.

Why he was not indicted will always be a mystery, however, the FBI did
obtain a FISA warrant (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act – allows the
FBI to obtain Secret Warrants from a Secret Court in terrorism cases) on
Sattar and recorded thousands of hours of his conversations. During the
trial of Sheik Rahman, AUSA McCarthy presented testimony that Sattar
would not discuss sensitive matters with Rahman unless he was sure the
room was not bugged: “Your Honor, there is discussion between Mr. Sattar
and Sheik Abdel Rahman about Salameh. Sattar reports to Sheik Rahman
that Salameh called me yesterday. The Sheik responds why? What is the
story? Ultimately Sattar says to him I’ll talk to you about it in the mosque.”
Sattar let his guard down after he realized there were no immediate or
foreseeable repercussions for those on the Rahman Unindicted Co-
Conspirator List. He is now serving time for having smuggled out fatwas of
Shaykh Rahman, along with the best argument for the Burka, Lynne
Stewart.

 Abdu Wali Zindani, head of Brooklyn’s Al-Kifah Refugee
Center was on the Rahman Unindicted Co-Conspirator
List. Zindani stated: “Allah, the most high and exalted,
ordered his followers to kill the idol worshippers, the
enemies of Allah... Fight the idol worshippers wherever
you find them. Pursue them and finish them off.”36
Mustafa Shalabi was on the Rahman Unindicted Co-
Conspirator List, even though he was dead. Now
Specially Designated Global Terrorist Muhammad Shawqi Islambouli a
leader of Al Gama’a al-Islamiyya was on the Rahman Unindicted Co-
Conspirator List. Islambouli was tried in absentia in Egypt along with one
hundred other Brothers for offenses against the state. Montassar al-Zayyat
represented these men.37 A Hanif Muhammad was on the Rahman
Unindicted Co-Conspirator List. In August 2003 Taliban spokesman
Muhammad Hanif told the Associated Press by satellite telephone that
Afghan government troops launched two separate offensives against
guerrilla fighters in the mountainous Dai Chupan district. “It was a massive
force of the government who wanted to kill and arrest the Taliban but they
were not successful,” he said.38

Samir Khalil was on the Rahman Unindicted Co-Conspirator List. In

1991 Khalil pleaded guilty to insurance fraud and spent eight months in
federal prison. According to court documents, Khalil denied FBI allegations
that linked him to the Palestinian Liberation Organization.

After Ali-Mohamed switched loyalty to the Americans he said this at

his sentencing hearing: “In 1995, I obtained a copy of the co-conspirator list
for the Abdel Rahman trial. I sent the list to el-Hage in Kenya, expecting
that it would be forwarded to bin Laden in Khartoum.”

Ihab Mohamed Ali is an Egyptian-born naturalized U.S. citizen. In

1987 Ihab Mohamed Ali went to work for the Muslim World League in
Afghanistan and became a Brother in the struggle against the Soviets.39

pilot's license from the Airman Flight School in Norman, Oklahoma in 1993
at his request. Ihab Mohamed Ali then moved to Nairobi, Kenya, to become
a pilot for al-Qaeda. Since the 1996 Gorelick Memo quashed any
investigation of Al-Qaeda, the FBI showed no interest in Ali despite the fact
he had attempted to transport Stinger Missiles for Usama, however, this
plan failed when his plane crashed on a clandestine runway. Ihab returned
to the United States and maintained correspondence with Wadih el Hage.
El Hage received a faxed letter from Ihab Mohamed Ali on February 26,
1997, in which Ihab Mohamed Ali told el Hage to inform "The Director" a
code name for bin Laden, "I am always ready to help." Phone records show
many calls exchanged between Ali's Orlando number and el-Hage's Nairobi
number. Ali was relaying messages to Usama bin Laden and Wadi El-Hage
in connection with the coordination of the Kenyan American Embassy
bombing. El Hage's denial of their relationship led to several of the perjury
counts against him. Ihab Mohamed Ali was listed under his alias “Abu
Suliman”40 on the Rahman Unindicted Co-Conspirator List.

Imram Mandhai was a friend of Adnan El Shukrijumah and and dirty

would be bomber Jose Padilla. Fast food manager Mohammed Javed
Qureshi said the Jose Padilla had discussed converting to Islam with him
and after that he saw Jose Padilla at the mosque of the Islamic Center of
South Florida in Pompano Beach.41 The Islamic Center of South Florida
provides advice to the American Muslim Association of North America.42
Mustafa Nassar is Assistant Director of the American Muslim Association of
North America. Mustafa Dauod Mustafa Nassar was on the Rahman
Unindicted Co-Conspirator List. In 1994 Jose Padilla converted to Islam
along with his wife, Cherie Maria Stultz at the al-Iman Mosque in Sunrise,
Florida, under the supervision of Raed Awad, the former Florida fundraiser
for the Holy Land Foundation.43

Salaheldin Idris put his cousin, a pharmacology professor named Idris

Babiker El-Tayeb44 in charge of overt operations at the al-Shifa nerve gas
plant. At this time the plant was instead dedicated to repackaging
pharmaceuticals produced by others and distributing them in Sudan and
elsewhere. Dr. Eltayeb claimed he quickly concluded that one-third of the

Sulayman, who was never fired.45 The name Hasab El Rasoul Mohamed
Babiker appeared on the Rahman Unindicted Co-Conspirator List. Hasab
Babiker was arrested by the INS on June 24, 1993 after it was discovered
that he had fraudulently obtained a visa to enter the United States at the
embassy in Khartoum by claiming he was going there to visit his sister. He
invoked the Fifth Amendment in regard to his source of income and was
deported by the U.S. Department of State’s Diplomatic Security Service46 in
August.47 The Al-Shifa factory was re-inaugurated on July 12, 1998, by
President of the Republic, Omar al-Bashir and was attended by a number
of government responsible figures, ambassadors to Khartoum and the
Director, Preferential Trade who described the factory as a source of pride
for the whole of Africa.48

In the past, where Islam has conquered, Jews and Christians who did
not fight against the forces of Allah were deemed dhimmi, meaning subject
people who live under the dhimma, which is the pact or treaty granted by
the Prophet Muhammed [PBUH] to the Peoples of the Book. They were not
enslaved like others captured during war. The regime of dhimmitude did,
however, require Jews and Christians to wear distinctive clothing. In the
ninth century, for example, Baghdad’s Caliph al-Mutawakkil designated a
yellow badge for Jews, setting a precedent that would be followed centuries
later in Nazi Germany. The Taliban49 leadership in Afghanistan forced
Afghan Hindus to wear labels on their clothing to differentiate them from
Muslims as a way to protect the Hindu population in that country.50 “It is
only to differentiate between Muslims and non-Muslims. The Hindus should
put a yellow piece of cloth the size of a thumb inside their pockets,” said
Abdul Wali, chief of the religious police, officially known as the Minister for
Fostering Virtue and Suppressing Vice.51 Abdul Wali was listed in the Sheik
Omar Abdul Rahman Unindicted Co-Conspirator List in the U.S.A. v.
Rahman case that was released to the public by United States Attorney
General Mary Joe White in February 1995.
