Framework for Student Housing Project

A mobile application that can be used in a Luxury Student Housing Project by Experion Developers for
potential customers / students can be implemented to have the following features.

- A login/register page for the new or existing users to store the basic important information
such as name, contact number, email, address, etc.

- After logging in, there should be a navigation bar on the left hand side that can be viewed in
greater size by pulling the tab from to left corner. It would consist of the basic inputs that an
interested user would enter in order to book and confirm a house/room for the specified
period of time.

- There should be different categories to select each item from. Starting with the number of
persons and beds the user wants in his/her room. Shared rooms would have lower prices.

- Then there should be other categories that a user may choose to narrow down the choices
according to their needs. This would include more luxury items such as high speed WiFi,
bathrooms with bathing tubs, bigger television, computer, etc. and other amenities. Price
would increase accordingly with the greater number of facilities selected.

- Additional facilities would include selecting a place along with membership for swimming
pool, gyms, etc.

- Results will be shown displaying the various options that are available according the selected
choices of the user. The price per day/month would also be shown on right side, with an
image of the respected room on the left side. It would also show the number of such kind of
rooms that are remaining in that specific building. The layout would be presented in a stack
form.

- There should also be a share button on each result shown to share it on other applications or
send it directly to the user’s contact via social media apps.

- After selecting a desired result, the user would be presented with a carousel of images of the
room and the building. Below that would include all the necessary information what that
place has to offer along with the price tag. There would also be contact information to ask
for more details directly from the staff at Experion.

- The user should then able to directly book their selected room for their chosen amount of
time period. After clicking on the “book” button, it would direct the user to the payment
page which would include all kinds of online payments. They should all be secured with OTPs
and other layers of security. A confirmation pop up and would appear after a successful
booking.

- There would also be an automatic generated email service that would send the confirmation
email to the user displaying all the details of booking and payment. A copy of this email
would also be forwarded to the accounts or some other department at Experion Developers.

- There should also be a help section (accessed from the right side navigation bar) to contact
the Experion developers help center via email (24x7) or phone. Also, it would have a link to
give feedback for the app developers or report any bug.

- The app can have a UI / theme according to the logo for Experion Developers.
